Can't go wrong, and fairly affordable when compared to other countries. Place was very clean and good sized rooms. Service was excellent. I think during this period the whole of Xi'an doesn't allow integrated aircon to be used, The room stayed quite hot even when outside was cold so when mentioned they kindly brought a large fan to our room, just something to bear in mind when coming here before May. Great food at the restaurants and room service was delicious too.

There are so many hotels nowadays, basically you can see several within every three or five steps. After comprehensive comparison, I chose the cost-effective Buffalo Hotel, which provides free airport and station pick-up services, and can save hundreds of dollars. The hotel service is not discounted, the integrated environment is very clean, and it is a five-star standard. The front desk receptionist is very gentle and patient! Anna also arranged a pick-up service👍

We are very satisfaction with this hotel. The room is very big and clean and comfort. The staffs are very friendly and helpfull. As our flight is at night, the hotel gives us late cek out until 3:00 pm. And the staffs (Rika, Grace, Cassie) and help us to order taxi to airport. Very recommend this hotel 👍👍👍

The hotel itself was really nice, the room we had was quite large which was also nice. It did rain that day we arrived so the windows were dirty, so the view wasn't the best. Can get free breakfast and dinner. There's a robot service to use so that's pretty cool. Staff were really nice, if you don't speak Chinese just scan their wechat and everything gets translated. Our toilet was a bit rickety and there's no fridge. Again just me being picky. Really nice hotel though and you can do your laundry for free

Since the hotel is renovated, the facilities are very new and clean, and the smart toilet is also very nice. We came to Xi'an to play for a few days and stayed here for three days, but the cleaning sister did not seem to do a good job of cleaning service in the later period. Every night, I returned to the hotel and did not wash the toilet and do a good job of supplies. I stayed for three days except for the daily supply of bottled water. Tea bags, coffee and disposable toiletries were not replenished, and those who stayed on the first day were not available. I hope it can be seriously improved. The front desk lady was very warm and polite, and also sent a breakfast ticket, but the breakfast was lacking and rich, more ordinary, maybe because tourists who come to Xi'an will go to the morning market?

We talked a bit when I was waiting the elevator. She greeted me and talked about my country (Thailand). She also helped to carry my luggage. 👍

Enjoyed our stay at this Holiday inn express Very convenient location, right next to a big shopping mall with a lot of local food options! Across the road there is a local spot 长安大牌档 which visitors should definitely try. Decent breakfast in terms of the available spread, and there is a self service laundry room in the basement that is free to use. Rooms are a little dated but everything works so it's fine

When I checked in, the front desk was very welcoming and had a good service attitude. She specifically asked for my name and asked me to call her Xiaoha. The room is spacious and clean. It is relatively quiet near the residential area. The equipment is complete. The TV can also project the screen. The hair dryer is powerful enough to dry the hair quickly. The transportation is quite convenient. It is about 800 meters away from the subway and one stop to Xi'an North Railway Station. The hotel price is cheaper than the one next door. When I checked in, I didn't look up and thought the front desk was on the right. I ended up going the wrong way and learned about the price of the hotel next door. The only thing I think needs improvement is the lack of a laundry room. However, hotels in the north may be different from those in the south. I washed my clothes by hand and they were dry in a few hours. Overall, I highly recommend it. I attend concerts all year round and have stayed in many hotels of various brands across the country. We chose a location that is about the same distance from the Bell Tower and Xi'an North Railway Station so there aren't too many people and it's convenient to go anywhere. There are Mixue Bingcheng and convenience stores. I was surprised by the quality of the convenience store products. The ingredients are very simple, unlike ”some store” which is full of additives, and the prices are very attractive. Maybe I spent too much Shanghai currency, so everything seems good.
