I am so mixed about this hotel. The Central hotel at the bell tower. Location - awesome. Quick metro ride from the train station. Hotel door is literally 5 feet from subway exit. Hotel is directly across from the bell tower. Staff - amazing. They will literally bend over backwards to accommodate you. They arranged the shuttle to the terracota warriors and back from the huaqing palace where the show was. In constant contact via we chat. Pretty impressive for $12 cad dollars return. Breakfast - this is the first hotel we paid for breakfast with becuase it was affordable. Finding a western style Breakfast in china seems to be challenging. The Breakfast is basic but you can get coffee, some fruit, toast, fried or hard boiled eggs and lots of chinese options, rice, noodles, sea food, black rice congi. Rooms - nice, a bit small, super clean and renovated but in a more classic stlye. The negative is the first room we had, either had mold or something but it made my wife and i very ill. They were very accommodating and moved us, the second room the ac wasnt working and room got up to 28c , the third room, third night is awesome. The first two rooms were in the south end of the hotel and both had a smell, maybe an older section. The third room is in the north end and has no smell and although it looks identical, feels much better. Price - we are paying about $55/cad a night with breakfast included. If i were to book here again, i would request the north end of hotel and if i noticed any sort of smell, i would immediately ask for a different room. The primary reason to book again would be #1 the staff and #2 the location.

Novotel Xi An provide the best service for our 4 nights stay. The hotel staff 老王 personally send us out to wait for our cab. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional. The receptionist Jeenifer Guo was very helpful and answered all our questions. Room is clean, bed is comfortable. We arrived mid night 4am due to flight delayed they called to reconfirm time of arrival and give us free fruit platter and upgrade our room for more comfy stay. Amenities all provided and hotel is free from smoke smell. Definitely worth every penny and if we would return we will choose Novotel again.

Wow - what an amazing stay! HeSu Designer Hotel caught my eye months before our trip and I felt it was destiny for us to stay there. It was gorgeous - there is various artwork all around. The room itself felt like a mini apartment! The lighting was great. The rainfall shower head was very nice and the toilet with bidet was a nice feature! I had several packages delivered and the front desk helped me locate them. Please double check your fridge upon arrival, it may be unplugged (better for the environment!) Everything was very comfortable - the bed was especially comfy!!! Location wise absolutely brilliant. Walkable to Muslim Quarter and other scenic sites!!!! Would stay here again!

The hotel location is perfect. Right next to a metro station and within walking distance of the Bell Tower, Drum Tower, Muslim Quarter and City Wall. The room was clean and comfortable. The only negative point I have for this hotel would be if you are a light sleeper you may want to request a room away from the main road at the front of the hotel, as the windows are not particularly sound proof and there is a busy road with associated noise if you are facing it. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great hotel for foreigners. The room was clean and modern. The staff was wonderful with helping me recover a lost selfie stick that was sent via SFExpress. I appreciated that tremendously. The metro is a short walk away. There are many good food options nearby. I’d recommend this hotel for any solo foreign travelers.

I want to express my sincere appreciation to both the staff and management for providing such a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and every staff member I interacted with was courteous, professional, and eager to help. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, with great attention to detail. Housekeeping did an exceptional job throughout our stay. We were also impressed by how quickly the team responded to any requests — nothing was too much trouble. Special thanks to 小丸子，木子， 小羊 and others front desk team, concierge, restaurant staff, and housekeeping for going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The management clearly takes pride in maintaining high standards and ensuring guests have a memorable stay. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend Yun He Ye Bo Hotel, Wenyi North Road, Xian to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and top-notch service. My first time in Xi'an. The hotel was great value. The staff were courteous, friendly and very efficient. The room was a nice size with a good size TV. Toiletries were good quality. Housekeeping efficient. Excellent cleanliness. Good storage. Breakfast was amazing and the staff and chefs should be commended on the huge choice of foods available and the professionalism and friendly demeanour of the staff. The position of the hotel is very good for access to all of the local and national attractions. Thank you to all that made our stay at Ramada Xi'an so happy and memorable.

This hotel was a truly pleasant surprise, far exceeding my expectations. The location is absolutely unbeatable, right opposite Yongning Gate. We specifically booked a room with a view, and it was absolutely stunning! You get breathtaking views of Yongning Gate and the City Wall right from your window. The hotel is also incredibly close to the metro station, just around the corner. Naturally, being in such a bustling and popular area, there was some street noise from the traffic, but it was well within an acceptable range. The service also went above and beyond. The moment we walked in, someone immediately offered us tea, helped us with our luggage, and even escorted us all the way to our room. In the room, they explained how to use the facilities and thoughtfully laid out the hotel slippers for us. At checkout, they even presented our child with a lovely little gift bag, which made them incredibly happy. Cleanliness was excellent; the hotel was spotless. Our room was meticulously cleaned by 'Shiyue,' who did a wonderful and very thorough job. The room itself was very spacious and comfortable. The facilities were exactly what you'd expect from a 4-diamond hotel, and the water pressure was excellent, making for very enjoyable showers. While there were some minor signs of wear and tear due to its age, it certainly didn't affect functionality or our overall comfort. It truly feels like hotels in Xi'an genuinely prioritize the guest experience, which is something you don't often encounter elsewhere – truly impressive! This hotel offers incredible value for money; in every aspect, it easily matches or even surpasses some of the neighboring 5-star brands. Highly recommended!

The facilities were excellent, and the room offered a very generous amount of space. It was spotlessly clean, and the bathroom was also quite spacious. The location is fantastic, tucked away in an alley within Huimin Street. It's incredibly convenient, with the main entrance to Huimin Street just steps away and easy to spot. The host proactively reached out before our arrival, providing crystal-clear directions. The service was truly excellent.

Great location, right in the city center, close to the Bell & Drum Tower and Zhonglou subway station, making it very convenient to get around & visit many attractions (just one subway stop away from Yongningmen Gate of the Xi’an city wall & the morning market). We booked the Eastern King Room, locate on the 12th (top) floor of the hotel - the room was quite spacious & well-equipped. Especially convenient was the separated of the toilet, shower, and sink areas, which made usage very comfortable. We arrived in Xi’an by early morning and the hotel promptly helped us store our luggage. Both the check-in & check-out procedures were fast & efficient. As a Trip.com customer, I received a welcome fresh fruit plate & thoughtful gifts from the hotel upon check-in & check-out, including snacks, a hand-painted bilingual Xi’an color map, and a souvenir representing China’s intangible cultural heritage.
