Hotels in Xiaozhai/Shaanxi History Museum, Xi'an

Having a great time at this hotel so far, the room is a total steal for the price. I especially love the tub by the window with the chaise lounger both overlooking the streets below. I booked the room while the hotel is renovating their restaurant perhaps the price was further discounted, but even without the convenience of the hotel restaurant there's plenty of food options, convenience stores, and the pagoda all within walking distance. Service is excellent, props off particularly to Lisa 李圓圓 at the front desk being incredibly professional and accommodating to my requests for more soft drinks and answering all my questions about the hotel's services and the area in general with patience and attention. The 5th floor manager / cleaning lady has also been extra thorough and even left a note with a hard warmer packet on my table.

Stayed over Christmas and was a really great stay with everything I needed. Lovely staff who were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was simple but nice. Rooms were large with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Was in a fairly good location. Easy to get to.

The hotel is very new, the rooms were very spacious. It was very easy to get around to the different tourist locations. The biggest issue I had with the room was that no matter how many times we left the AC running it would never go below 25 degrees Celsius even when we set it to 19 degrees. We told the front desk and they sent someone to the to fix it twice and it still didn’t work. Lastly, there was a drain fly problem in the toilet where I killed on average 7-10 small black drain flies everyday. We had to keep the toilet door closed at all time to ensure that they don’t fly out to the main bedroom. The staff were very quick to offer a different room but as we were only staying for a short time and it wasn’t super hot we felt it was too bothersome to change and move everything.

Accompanying my daughter to Xiyin for the school entrance exam, the hotel is right next to Xiyin, which is very convenient. I stayed for three days and had a great experience! Service: The service of all the hotel staff is in place, from the hotel room and restaurant manager to the cleaning lady and other waiters, and the housekeeper Boge are all very enthusiastic, considerate and careful. Although there was a little episode when I just checked in, the housekeeper Boge actively handled it. The room manager also upgraded us to a panoramic king-size bed room for free, delivered desserts every night, and provided fresh fruits to the room every day. Facilities: Although the seniority is relatively high, it is still well maintained. The bedding is soft and hard, Hygiene: Very clean, the auntie is also very considerate when cleaning. The auntie came to change the supplies and add new fruits every day for three consecutive nights. Environment: The location is very convenient. 🌟 The hotel is opposite the Art Museum and the stadium. It is about 5 minutes' walk. 🌟 Daxingshan Temple is about 10 minutes' walk. 🌟 SEG is in the south of the hotel. Passing by the Xi'an Conservatory of Music. There are many snacks. It is about 10 minutes' walk. 🌟 Shaanxi History Museum is less than 2 kilometers away from the hotel. It is about 15 minutes' walk. 🌟 Bell Tower, Muslim Street, City Wall. It is about 3 kilometers away from the hotel. It is OK to take the subway or taxi. 🌟 Datang Never Sleeps City, Big Wild Goose Pagoda, Datang Furong Garden are about 3 kilometers away from the hotel. It is OK to take the subway or taxi.

The front desk is very warm and attentive, the breakfast is rich, and you can store your luggage for free after leaving the hotel. It's a quiet and comfortable place to live. It's very convenient to eat, play and shop downstairs. It's very close to the First Affiliated Hospital of Jiaotong University and the Xiaozhai subway entrance. It's recommended to stay here.

Wonderful hotel! The staff is amazing and so supportive. Breakfast was very delicious. The hotel is very modern and super clean. I would definitely stay here again. Super recommended. About 15 min drive to the city wall. They also have intelligent toilet systems 🙂 智能马桶

I stayed with my daughter. It's very close to Exit A of Xiaozhai Subway Station! Convenient transportation, and there are a lot of delicious food nearby! The service is good and the pillows are super comfortable! I really recommend it!
