The hotel is quite clean and the staff is very friendly. The swimming pool and Hot spring is amazing. Breakfast is good enough.

Our check-in experience was incredibly pleasant! Seeing I was accompanied by an elderly person, the bellhop proactively offered a wheelchair and personally guided us all the way. The lovely lady at the front desk not only swiftly completed our check-in but also thoroughly explained the hot spring's guidelines. Even the lobby manager, passing by, thoughtfully inquired about our stay. The attention to detail was impeccable, and the service was exceptionally thoughtful!

My stay here was absolutely fantastic, truly deserving of a five-star rating! Upon arrival, the front desk staff greeted me warmly. Check-in was incredibly quick, and they thoughtfully explained all the hotel's services.

The front desk staff provided excellent service. My only minor complaint is that despite staying two nights, we only received two hot spring tickets – the same amount given for a single night. I found this a bit unreasonable and believe daily tickets would be much fairer. On the positive side, the outdoor swimming pool was large, and our child absolutely loved it. The bed (135cm wide) was perfectly adequate for us and our child. Breakfast was also decent. They even offer robot delivery for takeaways, which was incredibly convenient. If hot spring tickets were provided daily, we would definitely consider staying for a few more days. After a day of activities, soaking in the hot springs was incredibly soothing and helped us unwind.

Initially, I assumed that since it wasn't a brand-new hotel, its facilities might be quite lacking. However, to my surprise, from the lobby and elevators to the rooms and even the pool, the hardware is absolutely on par with, or even surpasses, most semi-new five-star hotels. The lobby concierge not only opened doors but also proactively assisted with luggage throughout our stay. The breakfast staff were also incredibly diligent, clearing plates swiftly. This level of service truly sets it apart from the Indigo hotel I stayed at afterwards. However, the reason for the rather mediocre service rating is largely attributable to the woman in charge of the pool wristbands. When asked a question, she'd only offer a curt, one-sentence reply. If you dared to ask more, she'd quickly lose patience and start yelling. She was truly someone you didn't want to cross. Later, my child (1.21m tall) asked her if we could just check out the hot springs during the last hour. She completely ignored him and didn't even suggest buying a ticket. She just bluntly said she could only give me a pool wristband, leaving me to infer the rest. This 'bad apple' completely spoiled what would have been a pleasant day. Finally, I was so frustrated that I had to approach the lobby manager for help, and I appreciate his thoughtful gesture of sending a fruit platter. Lastly, I sincerely want to thank the rest of the hotel staff, who truly did an outstanding job.

The room was very spacious and well-appointed. It was spotlessly clean, and the service was excellent. They offered welcome fruit and a complimentary bowl of late-night noodles. We even received a free room upgrade, providing us with an expansive, direct sea view.

This hotel is located right next door to Xingleen Bay Hotel; I decided to try it out for a different experience. The area by the sea is quite undeveloped, but if you walk about 500 meters in the other direction, you'll find dining options. They offer a free shuttle service to Xiamen North Railway Station, which is a great convenience. Breakfast: There was a decent variety of choices, and it was quite acceptable. **Facilities:** The gym is a bit small, but the outdoor swimming pool is lovely. The hot spring is right next to the pool and isn't very large. It was my first time soaking in a hot spring that overlooks a road, which felt a bit unusual. **Cleanliness:** Clean. **Ambiance/Environment:** The lobby is undeniably grand, but it leans towards a somewhat gaudy, nouveau riche aesthetic. It almost feels like an attempt to mimic Macau's decor, but the overall scale and attention to detail don't quite meet the mark. However, the rooms themselves are quite elegant and tastefully decorated. **Service:** 1. The staff have an excellent service attitude. 2. A minor point: access to the hot spring is limited to a single use. 3. Furthermore, much of the information displayed on public signs about hotel operations and timings is inconsistent with reality. My advice is always to call the front desk for the most accurate operating hours.

From our window, we enjoyed stunning ocean views, perfect for catching the sunrise in the morning and watching the waves roll in at dusk. The outdoor hot spring pool was perfectly warm, making it incredibly relaxing to soak in with a cup of tea. The lobby featured a fun 'doll wall' and claw machines. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast spread offered a wide variety of options. We loved our stay so much we didn't want to leave – we'll definitely be back multiple times!

Choosing this hotel for our family trip was absolutely the right decision! From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we felt incredibly well looked after, with staff readily offering to help with our luggage. The lobby manager, noticing we had children, immediately provided kids' slippers and toiletries, and even gave them dolls. They also recommended nearby family-friendly activities, which was such a lovely, thoughtful touch. The kids absolutely loved playing in the hot spring pool. Even at checkout, my child was reluctant to leave. We'll definitely be back for another stay if we get the chance!
