My Stay: Beyond Expectations, A Truly Comfortable Experience My overall experience during this stay was fantastic! First off, the location is superb. The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the subway station, making it incredibly convenient for visiting both tourist attractions and shopping districts. Absolutely perfect for travelers! Secondly, the attention to detail in their service truly stood out. From the friendly front desk staff guiding me with a smile during check-in to the housekeeping team proactively replacing bottled water daily, every interaction reflected their thoughtful and professional approach. The room itself was another pleasant surprise: the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, ensuring a wonderfully deep sleep. The smart toilet and voice-controlled lighting were a fantastic bonus, adding a touch of modern tech. What's more, every corner, even the often-missed spots, was immaculately clean – I truly couldn't find a single fault. The breakfast spread, while not spectacular, was definitely ample, offering both Western and Chinese options. I particularly enjoyed the freshly prepared noodles and freshly brewed coffee. Should I return to this city, I would definitely prioritize staying here again! I highly recommend it to anyone who values both convenience and comfort.

Had a wonderful experience with ZiJin where services they provided are superb and staff are always helpful and serving with a smile. I gotten a free upgrade room from them and was told there's free supper will be served to all their guests daily from 9.30 onward will 11.00pm. Room are clean and nothing to complain from me.

This hotel is great! Even better than some of the five star hotels I have stayed at. The food was good, the hotel staff very accommodating. I was able to leave my luggage for the day and come back for the airport shuttle and it is right by the airport, very convenient.

To make it easy for my little plane spotter to watch and photograph planes, I specifically booked a runway view room, and it certainly didn't disappoint. The hotel's location is superb for aviation enthusiasts, offering unobstructed views of the terminal, runway, apron, and hangars. My child was absolutely thrilled the moment we stepped into the room. Additionally, the hotel facilities are excellent; the gym and swimming pool are both great and definitely worth recommending. Finally, a special shout-out to the hotel shuttle driver and the front desk staff. After checking out and boarding our flight, we realized my child's watch had been left on the shuttle. Thanks to the prompt and dedicated assistance from the front desk staff and the shuttle driver, they successfully located it and arranged to have it mailed back to our home. Truly exemplary service!

The front desk service was excellent. As a non-smoking international guest, I received a complimentary room upgrade, which was a lovely gesture. The room was very spacious and well-equipped. The restaurant had a unique charm, and the food was plentiful and delicious. The location was incredibly convenient, with plenty of restaurants in the vicinity. After a long flight from Greece we arrived late at night in this beautiful hotel in Xiamen. The staff at the lobby was very helpful and informative and welcomed us with a kind smile. Our room was in the sixth floor, very clean and new. The building had two fast elevators. In every corner there was a vending machine that fulfilled every need. There was a robot for delivery in the rooms. The cleaning ladies kept our room refreshed and tidy everyday, clean towels and amenities. The shower water was always in the perfect temperature. The breakfast was serving extremely good quality and variety of food and there was free laundry service and gym at the facility. I need to point out the hospitality and kindness of the staff, which made our stay at the hotel feel like home. The neighborhood around the hotel is exactly what a traveller wishes for. There is a traditional market, very picturesque and beautiful, 24h shops, convenient stores, cafès, pharmacies, bars and all kinds of stores but at the same time the environment is tranquil and relaxed for the perfect holidays.The surrounding greenery and trees make everything so beautiful. I cannot express how satisfied we were for picking Xence Hotel for our stay in Xiamen. I really hope we come here again in the future.

I originally planned to stay for just one night and chose a hotel closest to the airport. The hotel also offers airport transfers, and the driver's attitude and service were incredibly thoughtful. Upon arrival, the room and view were stunning. The bright, clean environment was beautiful and spotless. There's also a self-service laundry service on the E floor, which is incredibly convenient. It's also easy to get around and call a taxi to nearby attractions. The room was warm and clean, with all the amenities you need. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep. The hotel's gym and pool are also fantastic, with a wide variety of equipment, including cardio and strength training, all well-maintained and easy to use. After a workout, you can hydrate in the adjacent rest area, which is a very user-friendly design. The breakfast selection was also extensive, with both Chinese and Western dishes, and the food was delicious. My stay was impeccable and I'll definitely stay here again!

Great gym and pool facilities, the room always clean and comfortable. The location is good and by the ocean.

I stayed at this hotel in China for a few days and I am very grateful to the staff for their warm care. My visa is overdue and I need to return to my country as soon as possible. I need RMB cash to buy air tickets that day, but my bank card can't be used. Only one credit card can be used normally. Mr. Zhou, the hotel staff, took me to the bank to help me deal with the card problem throughout the process. Although there is a language communication barrier, it was perfectly solved. This is my first time to China, and I feel very good. The Chinese people make me feel very friendly. I like China very much, and also like Yaduo.

I had a one night stay an had an early flight to catch the next morning. The gentleman at reception was extremely helpful as much as I checked in late. The room was clean and very spacious. The gentleman even went to the extent of calling my room the next morning to ensure I don’t miss my flight and yelped book me a taxi
