Hotels in Aluohai Plaza/Songyu Ferry, Xiamen

The room was in Daqing, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering sea views, a bay window with a seating area, and a tea table. The breakfast was delicious; while the variety was limited, it exceeded expectations considering the 10 yuan price. The restaurant and front desk staff were also very patient, exceeding expectations. The location at Songyu Pier was incredibly convenient for catching a ferry to Gulangyu Island; arriving five minutes early was all it took. Haicang District is also beautiful and charming, with few tourists, making it a great choice for those who prefer a quiet environment and immersing themselves in local life!

My stay in the sea-view king room during my Xiamen trip was an absolutely fantastic experience, completely rejuvenating and comfortable from start to finish. The hotel's new Chinese-style decor is sophisticated and elegant. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer unbeatable panoramic views of Haicang Bay and the bridge, allowing me to take in the beautiful sunrise, sunset, and dazzling nightscapes right from my bed – every shot was picture-perfect. The room was spacious and airy, the bedding soft and skin-friendly, and the bathroom clean and refined with a large, atmospheric bathtub. The tea set and amenities were comprehensive, showing thoughtful attention to detail everywhere, making my stay feel incredibly blissful. I must give a huge shout-out to our dedicated butler, Bella! Her service was meticulous, attentive, and perfectly executed. She was incredibly responsive to all our requests, proactively arranged our check-in, anticipated our needs, and responded promptly with such a gentle and caring manner. Her thorough consideration for every detail and personalized service made us feel truly valued and welcomed, perfectly embodying the high-end Chinese hospitality that HUALUXE is known for.

Everyone should stay here! My review for this hotel is a resounding 'awesome,' the only minor flaw being its location outside the city center. It's incredibly comfortable and offers great value for money. It feels very safe, with security personnel patrolling. Although it's a bit far out, it's still very convenient; the Haicang district is beautifully developed with lovely scenery, and shared electric scooters are readily available on the map. The hotel's environment and hygiene are super clean, the rooms are spacious and tidy, and the bedding is soft and comfortable. The location is excellent for getting around, and the front desk service is warm and attentive. Overall, the check-in experience was exceptionally good, and the value for money is outstanding—highly recommended!

Overall, it was pretty good. The hotel's location is super convenient for getting around. The pier is about 500 meters from the entrance, and it's just a fifteen-minute boat ride to Xiamen No. 1 Pier, making it easy to go anywhere. A concierge even proactively helped us with directions to the pier; he was really enthusiastic 👍. The ferry ticket to Gulangyu Island was only 35 RMB, and the hotel breakfast was decent too. Regarding the upgrade to a deluxe sea-view room (subject to availability on the day): I booked a superior sea-view room, and the front desk upgraded us to a deluxe sea-view family room. For the mini-bar, you need to proactively contact the front desk for refills. Also, for the cute little souvenir doll included in the package, you need to ask the front desk for it. It's a really adorable doll 🥰

It's so beautiful, the room is beautiful, the scenery is beautiful, the people are beautiful, mainly the most beautiful mood. Come back next time, I also recommend the majority of friends to live here! Comfortable, clean and tidy rooms, warm butler service, parking in the basement, food downstairs, takeaway can also be delivered to the door, it is really super convenient to live here.

The botanical garden went, the beach went, the subway sat, a day to go shopping and eat, haha, to the rhythm of fat death, let the hotel help me arrange a quiet room, return to the hotel, this is close to the community, on the corner, no one passed, very quiet, this front desk arrangement is in place, very powerful, there is a laundry room, I forgot to put it in the drying. Later I got up and saw that the staff had helped to dry the bag and received it. I must like it. I got up early in the morning and I was sleepy. Fortunately, there was an unlimited cup of coffee in the lobby to renew my life. The hotel with a good price/performance ratio was arranged properly and it was recommended to stay.

The room was spacious and bright, and the staff were incredibly responsive to all our needs. The hotel gym was also fantastic. Overall, everything was great. A special shoutout to the male receptionist at the front desk who was particularly helpful and even gave us complimentary breakfast.

The room is relatively new, both in terms of decor and furnishings. You need a card to access the lobby elevator, which is very safe. I initially hesitated when I saw the hotel was renovated in 2018, but the result exceeded my expectations. The price is quite good for the price. The room is a bit small, but it has a large balcony. The view from the balcony is a large green space, which is very pleasing to the eye. The shower head has a strong water flow, but the drain is a bit clogged and the water flows slowly, so showering can be a bit soaking. The front desk lady's service is commendable. She always greeted us with a smile, answered every question, and was very friendly. Dining nearby is also quite convenient. Just outside the door are Shaxian snacks and several noodle shops. There's also a Guangdong food stall a few minutes' walk away, which is popular with locals. I stayed an extra night and parked on the roadside nearby for 35 yuan for two nights, which is not bad.

The room is consistent with the pictures, the space is large and the facilities are very good. The overall environment and hygiene are also good. You can see the lake when you open the curtains. The overall stay experience is very good, recommended!

This home to breakfast is so amazing to me. The authentic Xiamen style is also very delicate. Each sample is a little taste, especially the bean curd, adding dried plum vegetables to the soul. The accommodation experience is very good. It’s just that the price increase during the Spring Festival is too much. Fortunately, I booked early 😂
