Starting with the room, a special thanks to the front desk staff for the complimentary upgrade! The space was incredibly generous, feeling anything but cramped. Pushing open the balcony door revealed an even greater surprise: a breathtaking panoramic view that encompassed both the sea and the gardens. Every photo I snapped looked postcard-perfect.
The staff's service was also exceptionally heartwarming. Check-in was super efficient, and they proactively introduced all the hotel facilities. Their always-smiling attitude and patient answers to any questions made me feel genuinely cared for and at ease.
Breakfast offered a decent variety. From Chinese congee, steamed buns, and fried noodles to Western bread, everything tasted great. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time!

GGuest UserThis stay was really a pleasant surprise! The location was easy to find, and the housekeeper would call ahead! The surrounding area was very quiet, and I slept very well at night. The room was very carefully decorated, clean and tidy, and the light was very comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom facilities were very complete and very convenient to use. The guy at the front desk was very nice and gave a lot of local travel suggestions. He felt like a caring friend. It was a very relaxing stay, and I will choose here again next time!

The hotel’s location is perfect, offering easy access to nearby attractions. The staff also kindly gave me breakfast coupons. The breakfast was delicious and vairous. They change the menu everyday and provide the specialties of Xiamen.
Overall, my experience was nothing short of outstanding, and I will definitely be returning on my next trip to Xiamen. Highly recommend!!!

GGuest UserA huge shout-out to Kitty! Her service was absolutely fantastic, and she's such a charming and delightful person. We stayed in an Executive Mountain View King Room. The bed was very spacious, and the views were expansive. One side offered city views, allowing us to intimately experience Xiamen's culture, while the other side featured mountain views, perfect for connecting with nature and unwinding. The hotel's location offers excellent transportation convenience, with both subway and bus access readily available. It's centrally located in the downtown area, very close to major attractions and transportation hubs. The hotel's decor is quite impressive and grand, and the facilities are well-appointed and comprehensive. A huge shout-out to the 5th-floor lounge area! It has board games, game consoles, and even a billiard table! If you happen to visit during peak season, you can easily pass the time here while waiting for your room, so boredom is not an option. They've truly considered everyone's sleep needs; there's a pillow menu placed right by the bed. That's incredibly thoughtful. The gym on the 15th floor isn't particularly large, but it's sufficient for basic fitness needs. Overall, it was a fantastic stay!

1. **Location:** The hotel boasts an excellent location, being very close to Ba Shi Market and Zhongshan Road. It offers direct sea views of Gulangyu Island and is just a 10-minute walk to the subway station.
2. **Rooms:** Our 50 sqm room was spacious and thoughtfully designed with clearly defined areas. The facilities were new, comprehensive, and well-maintained – thankfully, none of the issues rumored online were present.
3. **Service:** The service was top-notch. Upon check-in, a lovely staff member guided us to our room and ensured everything was to our liking, making us feel completely at home. Late one night, returning to the hotel, I saw a manager diligently checking room cards in the elevator – this attention to detail truly made us feel secure. And upon departure, a kind staff member at the entrance helped load our luggage into the car, a thoughtful touch that was much appreciated.
While our overall travel experience in Xiamen wasn't extraordinary, the hotel truly exceeded expectations. I would highly recommend Ruiyi Grand Hotel to everyone I know.

The double room was too close to the elevator. I was afraid that our children would not be able to sleep well. Upon seeing us with luggage, a concierge proactively came forward to enthusiastically and professionally assist with carrying it. This thoughtful attention to detail made us feel incredibly welcome.
The weather was also on our side; during our days in Xiamen, we enjoyed almost consistently clear blue skies with fluffy white clouds. Bright sunshine during the day, and glittering lights at night. Looking out from our hotel room or nearby elevated spots, Xiamen's night view was stunningly beautiful, adding a romantic touch to our journey.
Thanks to the convenient location, attentive service, and wonderful weather, our trip to Xiamen was filled with relaxation and joy, leaving us with many warm and beautiful memories.

The lady at the front desk is also very nice, very warm and gentle! Downstairs is the shacha noodles and crab soup dumplings. The food in Xiamen tastes pretty good. Highly recommended!

We originally only booked for one night, but we had such a great experience that we extended our stay for another two days. Highly, highly recommend! (I didn't get a chance to take any photos of the hotel, but seriously, I highly, highly recommend it!)

AAK@MYOur first impression of the hotel was truly positive, staff greeted us warmly, provided us welcome drink and gift and even arranged an early check-in @ about 1:40pm, which was much appreciated. We stayed in a ”Family Friendly Room” that was spacious and cosy. It is an excellent choice for families with children.
One minor drawback was that the bathroom didn’t have an attached wash basin, which might not suit everyone. Additionally, the cleanliness of the bathroom could be improved.
The hotel offers thoughtful amenities, including complimentary use of washing and drying machines, as well as a simple afternoon tea. Its location is ideal, right in the heart of the tourist area, perfect for shopping and discovering delicious local Xiamen cuisine.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our three-day, two-night stay. A restful and pleasant experience and highly recommended!
