This hotel accepts foreigners. Great quality for the price. The hotel is a bit dated but still very nice. The room floor was not the cleanest but the room was very comfortable and had everything we could need. The bed was the best. The staff although they didn't speak English were very nice, responding to our questions using the translation devices. Great location to visit the mosque too.

Nice hotel , close to the Train Station. Breakfast is OK, but there are very few options, no tea or coffee. There is no AC in the room, and the walls are pretty thin. You can clearly hear your neighbors, especially when windows and doors are open to let the breeze in.

I was amazed by the environment of this hotel! The overall decoration style is high-end and stylish, and the public areas are full of art. The view outside the room window is beautiful. You can see the sunrise in the morning and enjoy the night view in the evening. The sound insulation effect is first-class, especially quiet, which allows people to completely relax. Even the fragrance of the hotel smells good, the atmosphere is directly maximized, and the stay experience is perfect!

The location is moderate, not far from Xining Station and Mojia Street. The room was clean and tidy, and the overall style of Huazhu Club. There is an underground parking lot, parking is convenient, and the elevator goes directly to the lobby. Since Xining is very hot recently, the hotel is equipped with two fans and opens the window in advance for ventilation, which is very intimate. Called in advance on the morning of the check-in day, this is commendable. Breakfast is a clear meal with beef noodles. Suggestion: The hot and cold water installation of the bath mixer in the room was reversed. It took a long time to find out. In addition, it is recommended to install a hook in the bathroom to facilitate hanging clothes and bath towels. The overall feeling is very good!

The location is near the train station. If you drive a car, you can park it downstairs, but it’s really hard to find the parking entrance. We did not manage to find it. The hotel service was nice, and they took us to the parking lot later to show us where it is. Otherwise, it’s easy to locate the hotel from outside. The room was clean and spacious. The wifi was not working, and the person who could fix it was not there since it was late. Therefore, we connected to the other room’s WiFi but the connection was not good. The bed was a bit short for a tall person.

The location is perfect: walking distance to the train station and to the Great Dongguan Mosque. There are many food options in the area. The room is amazing and very ”high-tech”. Lights can be adjusted in detail via an electronic panel. The bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is good. Since the hotel is next to a school, one wakes up with the student's morning exercise.

It was raining and we were very cold from the walk from the HSR station and the receptionist was very concern and provided great service and warm water immediately. Siao Kau was very attentive and also help in providing contacts to the Qinghai lake tour. The tour turned out great even though it was snowing along the way. Didn't expect it to snow in late April. Breakfast was great. Coffee machine with fresh beans and the soya milk was good. Kudos to the hotel service and facilities. Football and billiard table was great during rain and snow season.

This is really an International Hotel with 5 star standard. Service, amenities and room toiletries is of premium quality except the central aircon is not switched on so the room temperature is at 25°C cannot be adjusted much lower, only can switch to fan full blast but not cold. When I lodge a complaint, the staff says they don't switch the central aircon for month of May but advise to just open the window as it gets cold in the evening. The cold air do come in through the window to keep the room cool.They will switch on the central aircon in month of June and July when it's very hot. Overall I love this hotel as it's next to the railway station and many local street food around the hotel. Highly recommended!

The room is big enough, the shampoo and shower gel are placed on the outside sink, the shower room has no mounting rack, it is inconvenient, the hanging mirror installed on the sink takes up a lot of place, the countertop is placed with washing supplies, no empty place, the room has many wooden frames, but not force, heavy objects such as the box, can not be put, Overall it feels trendy, but not practical.
