It's really outrageous. Subsequently, I asked Ctrip customer service to communicate with the hotel. The hotel used the excuse that the rooms were full and refused to change the room. However, at that time, there were at least a dozen or even dozens of rooms that were not occupied. Later, I found that the Ctrip platform stated that the room was on the third floor, but it only gave rooms on the first floor. , the room smelled bad and they were not replaced. If you want to live comfortably, it is best not to stay here by car. In addition, I have spent at least hundreds of thousands on Ctrip software over the years. I never thought that Ctrip would not be able to negotiate with the hotel for such a small request, which would hurt the hearts of our old customers. PS Nalati is full of tour groups. Every beautiful spot is full of people, and all the photos are full of people. If you want to drive and have fun by yourself, it is better to go to Kalajun.
