Гостиница "Лена" расположена в самом центре города. Номера чистые, уборка своевременная. Приветливый персонал. Неоднократно останавливалась в этой гостинице (удобная локация). Но вот с завтраками -проблема. Сначала был шведский стол, самый простой набор продуктов и не лучшего качества. При заселении в июне 2023 на рецепшин администратор объявила мне, что у ним новый шеф-повар и отличные завтраки. И действительно, завтрак был прекрасен, очень вкусен и разнообразен. Меня это очень порадовало!!! Но уже в августе 2023 завтрак был намного хуже чем в июне (судя по всему сменили повара).Для себя я решила, что больше не буду останавливаться в "Лене" и в феврале 2024 сняла номер в "Стерхе"(это соседнее здание). Каково же было мое негодование, что завтраки проходят в гостинице "Лена"(в "Стерхе" ремонт). Ситуация с завтраками стала еще хуже, чем было в августе. Пятый день подряд подают рисовую кашу, жаренную картошку на прогорклом масле и чередуя нагеетцы с сосиской. Растворимый кофе. Мне не понятно куда смотрит администрация гостиницы "Лена"??? Из-за отвратительных завтраков теряют постояльцев!!!
