Next to the train station and bus stop. The breakfast Japanese one is amazing. Highly recommended

Great location directly connected to Yamagata station. My room was at the South wing which seemed new. The room is on the small side for 2 adults but has everything we needed, was pleasantly surprised with the handy steam iron! There are 2 x coin laundry at South Tower level 2; vending machines; microwave oven. Ice machine on several floors. The front desk staff were helpful, they allowed us check-in before 3pm and helped make a reservation at Yamagyu restaurant, really appreciated their help. The location is really convenient with the taxi stand and bus terminal right in front. Lots of food options around it.

The room is spacious with good view. The location is excellent as there is access to the JR station and the mall inside the hotel.

The location was absolutely unbeatable—right inside the train station, making it incredibly convenient! Surrounded by a wide variety of food options both within and outside the station, it’s a food lover’s dream. The staff were friendly, and the room was spotless and comfortable. Without a doubt, I’ll be staying here again whenever I’m in town!

Perfect hotel location inside the train station building. Very convenient if you’re travelling using shinkansen. The room is big and clean. Staff also very friendly and welcoming. Bus stop to Zao Onsen also here.

Connected to JR Yamagata, very convenient. Breakfast not so good. Either western buffet or Japanese set. Quality of western buffet should be improved. Room spacious.

Excellent stay in a nice clean single room on the 7th floor which also has an ice machine and vending machine and microwave on the same level. Other levels have coin operated laundry machines too. Very conveniently connected to the Yamagata Shinkansen station!!

Hotel is accessible through JR station. Hotel is clean.

Perfectly located in the station but very clean and very quiet. Stored our luggage while we visited other towns nearby.

Great experience. The closest hotel to Yamagata station. We stayed at the other tower. It seems newly built and extremely clean. Would definitely come back.

Room was really as per picture. The view was great with the striped windows. Quite spacious, able to accomodate up to 2 suitcases opened. Location is also great as it's directly connected to the JR Yamagata station & S-PAL beside. You will be able to walk to the south tower through the internal passage way. Overall would recommend - really worth the price point, was comfortable and had everything we need for our stay.

Clean & conveniently located hotel - JR station is just at the door steps!

Very convenient location. Near the bus terminal and can take the bus easily to Zao Onsen. Good and friendly service from the staff who helped us to keep our luggages after we checked out. South building room is newer but smaller.
