挺好的，設施都很齊全，離瘦西湖何園都非常接近，附近有一家三和四美，也方便買伴手。有一點就是兩個房間其實是上下樓沒有門，比較像loft，隔音基本不存在，如果需要極強的私隱空間的話就不太合適。

第一次來揚州，帶着長者，第一天一落地就感受到了老闆的細緻入微和滿滿的善意，這間民宿是我選了好久後訂的，圖片與實物完全一致。
民宿：乾淨、衞生、安靜四件套高檔乾淨柔軟舒適（完全不像酒店的被罩那麼粗製廉價），床很大很舒服，長者睡的很舒服；全屋物品智能化領先很多大酒店；整體格局寬敞明亮，美麗的小院子家人特別中意，喜歡的不得了。
我想特別提一下這位神仙老闆，我們到達揚州後老闆第一時間聯繫我，安排入住事宜，從發詳細位置（因為民宿在巷道里麪，老闆特意專門錄製民宿路線視頻），超貼心，使得我們快速順利入住。兩天的時間裏，我有疑問老闆總是第一時間快速回復。尤其是因為我們的原因造成的失誤，老闆不僅沒有責怪還自己花錢幫我們解決。老闆還特意贈送了水果和當地特色的糖果還有飲料。老闆的格局很大。第一次如此認真評價純粹是因為值得！！！來揚州旅遊的朋友圈可以放心大膽的沖！

清明節入住了兩天，煙花三月揚州客流量一下子就上來了。
優點，位置好，離皮市街何園很近，五六分鐘就能走到，附近吃喝很多～房東有問必答，入住都很順利～床單用品很舒服～冰箱裏還有小飲料和水果～
缺點，就是小巷子不能停車，不過附近七八分鐘也有付費停車場，收費也不貴。兩個床雖然是單獨的門，不過樓梯是通的，就是loft那種，所以衹能一家子住，和長者住的話如果睡覺時間不統一，還是會有影響的。洗澡衹有一樓能洗。
整體滿意～就是節假日的揚州老城裡人太多。。。

樓上衞生間牙刷杯旁還有之前客人留下的長髮，衞生可想而知。層高不夠，用完馬桶還磕到頭。
還好裏面用的基本是一次性產品，我們也僅僅睡覺而已，不講究太多。

房東是個熱情揚州律師，為人淳樸，我三個月前訂的房間比近期房價高一些，房東主動退還差價給我，房東的人品太好了。
民宿的設計很注重細節，把揚州的古韻和舒適完美結合，讓人留戀來回。強烈推薦，來揚州就要住這家民宿。

這兩天揚州比較冷，房子大，會有點冷，最近來的可以多穿點。三四月應該更好～ 煙花三月下揚州～

💡[民宿給我的小驚喜]房間都有熱水，還有一次性浴巾，很nice～ 還準備了水果和飲料，感覺礦泉水就可以了哈哈哈哈
📍[對於周邊的便利度，我要説]走出去一分種，不遠的，畢竟在市區，晚上也不吵鬧。
🛏[房屋設施我一定要提]房屋乾淨整潔，注意保暖就好啦

整體感覺還是挺不錯的，整個小院就很有氛圍感，入住之前房東就提前告知了會很冷，不過真的挺冷的……其他的都很不錯，步行幾分鐘就是商業街，很方便……下次等不冷不熱的時候來揚州遊玩的話會再次選擇這家民宿的
