1，辦理入住：（10.2下午3點半左右）交代了我要安靜點的方，包括在訂房時就寫了備註的，就算不看備註，入住時也交代了，但安排了朝向兩條馬路的房間。雖後面換了房，但是這波操作令人生氣。2，詢問是否可以晚點退房，我理解節假日保潔需要時間打掃，但反感於前台（10.2下午4點半左右）回答得生硬、不屑的態度。3，對於酒店名，感覺是被忽悠來的，離瘦西湖景區5～6公里，周圍顯然是汽配基地，居然冠名瘦西湖店。4、10.3早上洗漱，沒有熱水，電話詢問，被告知修鍋爐，整個上午都沒熱水……驚呆了

揚州出差，住在美豪麗致，因為住的滿意，所以續住1晚，早餐豐盛，服務到位，開票迅速，辦事順利，後面還會過來，一直是回頭客喲

酒店位置挺便利，辦入住的小王服務很好，房間乾淨衞生，附近超市，吃的都很便利，還是蠻方便的，性價比也比較高，對於商務出差來説挺不錯。
