The first room had some minor hygiene issues, but luckily the front desk staff was very good and quickly changed rooms to resolve the issue. I always feel that this type of hotel shouldn't have this kind of problem. The location is convenient to go anywhere. There is a shopping mall opposite the hotel. It is also close to eating, shopping and going to Slender West Lake. The breakfast is rich.

The most satisfying hotel in Jiangnan this time is first of all the location is very good. In the center of Yangzhou, close to Siwang Pavilion, Wenchang Pavilion, and ride a small tram for 10 minutes to Slender West Lake, Heyuan, Geyuan, Dongguan Street and other attractions. The hotel is a miniature garden-style hotel, the rooms are distributed in a two-story blue brick building, and the night view is very beautiful. The room decoration is classical and elegant, but the equipment is very modern, central air-conditioning, smart little love, and also equipped with a tea table and tea sea. During the day, I enjoy the beautiful scenery of the south of the Yangtze River. I have a cup of tea and chat at night. It is very pleasant. Xiaoding at the front desk is warm and thoughtful, and can help solve the problems raised by guests during their stay in time.

Excellent hotel in great location. The highlight was the service provided by the staff which was always with a smile. Our traveling party was unfortunately sick when we got to Yangzhou but the hotel was located close to the hospital. They sent us a lot of fruits to the room, wishing speedy recovery. There’s a small newly renovated children playroom next to the gym. I love the complimentary laundromat which was a blessing when traveling with little children. Breakfast was a good variety, and plenty of bottled mineral water around the hotel that you can take to keep yourself hydrated. Front desk 苹果and 桔子 provided excellent service.

Good facilities: intelligent room facilities, electric curtains, smart toilet, small refrigerator, air purifier. Low-allergy bedding is comfortable and warm. Parking is convenient, with its own independent parking lot, and the security master also helped to wash the car [strong] All the service staff at the front desk security are enthusiastic. As soon as you enter the lobby, you will be served warm mineral water. Mineral water is readily available on every floor, which is very attentive. I especially like the rich and varied buffet breakfast 😋 Handmade wontons, Yangzhou fried rice, freshly ground coffee, freshly ground soy milk, original flavor. Best location if you wanted to visit Slender Lake as the entrance is just across the road. There are restaurants to the left of the resort as well if opting to dine out. The resort is quite big, with separate buildings housing different types of rooms. Well catered for families with kids. We got the room with a hot spring inside so we didn’t visit the public one.

Absolutely amazing location and so refreshing. I enjoyed my stay at holiday inn, the stuff was very helpful, I liked the breakfast and everything. Also very affordable for a solo traveler. It’s close to a lot of attractions and the slender night market too. I had so much fun. The stuff helped me with getting around and booking taxi for me and recommendations as well. Thanks to Asa again at the reception. Amazing person.

This is my first time staying at this hotel. The environment is nice and the service attitude of the staff is also very good. All the facilities that a hotel should have are available. The air conditioner is turned on to dry the room in winter. There is also a humidifier in the room, which is very considerate. There is a sense of ceremony on Christmas Eve. It was my first time to Yangzhou. Xiyuan Hotel was quiet in the bustling city, and the landscaping was very good. It was very close to the surrounding attractions, and the geographical location was advantageous. Tianning Temple was next to the door, and 468 Market and Geyuan Garden were 7 minutes' walk away. It was very close to Slender West Lake and Heyuan Garden. I stayed there for 2 days during this trip, and the elders at home also felt very comfortable. I would stay there again if I went there next time. The hotel is also historical, and there may be some defects, but the hotel is also actively dealing with them. (After notifying the front desk about the problem with the bedside socket, they replied within 30 minutes to arrange for it to be handled the next day. Sure enough, it was repaired when I returned to the hotel after the tour the next day.) The hotel staff were polite and considerate, and took the initiative to greet people. It made people feel at home.

Additionally, they ensured my luggage was delivered directly to my room without any hassle. One of the standout features of this hotel is its innovative robot delivery service for food orders. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and memorable stay.

The warm and comfortable accommodation environment and the warm and thoughtful front desk guy made the trip to Yangzhou more exciting. The hotel intimately upgraded the room for us, and the lake view outside the window was very good.
