乾淨，漂亮，而且房間住起來特別安靜温馨，前台小姐姐也特別好，服務特別好，住的也特別舒服，特別特別特別好的一次住宿體驗服，必須好評。

忘記已經拍照片了，房子乾淨衞生，新開的店沒多久，所以裡邊的配置都不錯，房間夠大，住着舒服，晚上不吵，離海邊很近，走大概500多米就到了，挺滿意的。

這是一家我非常滿意的店，房間東西都很新，房間很大，周邊很多吃海鮮的地方，酒店一樓也有餐廳，酒店離海灘很近走幾步路就到了海邊，這家説實話恨不得打十星了，價格還不貴。

優點：房間很大，也很乾凈，老闆和阿姨都非常好，因為我坐的輪渡，7點就到了，阿姨一上班大概九點就讓我入住了，非常好，離海邊步行5分鐘就到
缺點：一共三層，沒有電梯，對於帶行李箱的女士有點辛苦

設施：有自帶的停車場很方便。智能馬桶和大大帶燈的化粧鏡都很滿意，熱水也很足，外面房間有中央空調，裏面的榻榻米房間沒有，但是也夠用了。家庭房有陽台，晾衣服很方便，酒店還幫忙找了個衣架。
衞生：從停車場到樓梯到房間看起來都很乾凈，簡單整潔。
環境：周圍有很多吃的，到金沙灘步行不到十分鐘吧，反正很近沒太在意時間。
是我們這次煙台威海住的最滿意的酒店！

距離海邊很近，房間很大，還有投影，附近吃飯方便，也可以外賣。不足是沒有電梯，需要爬樓。洗手池在床邊也是第一次遇到，其實衞生間足夠大，完全可以放到毛巾架下，沒明白為啥這麼設定。估計時間長了房間會有黴味兒。

位置很不錯，步行5分鐘就到海邊了，吃飯也很方便。酒店是剛開業的，衞生很乾凈，老闆娘態度也很好。總之，是一次很不錯的體驗，如果下次來煙台的話，還住這裏。
