住了三晚，服務很好，環境也不錯，有一個小陽台，衞生情況挺好，酒店位置很好找，樓下也有好吃的！公交站就在200米處，很方便！來煙台玩就住這裏！

地理位置好，交通也便利，周邊有很多餐飲和購物場所，非常方便，51假期來住的，酒店服務人員非常熱情，還給介紹旅遊景點，還送了免費早餐特別好吃，衞生做的也好

據我和女朋友這幾天在煙台遊玩的經驗，我覺得這家店可以稱之為煙台性價比之王，特別是前台小姐姐，還有那個老闆人真的超好，e人的首選，房間也特別寬闊，保潔阿姨也非常的熱情，遇到問題第一時間給你解決，下次來還選這（可惜忘了拍照）
設施：非常完善
衞生：非常乾淨
環境：非常高雅
服務：非常到位

這個酒店非常不錯 不管是環境還是衞生 房間裏的設施設備都很齊全 停車很方便 有免費的停車場 一樓就是吃早餐的地方 前台的服務員都很熱情 服務好 周邊買小吃的都很多 交通也很方便 以後再來體驗一下別的房間

房間很精緻，衞生打掃的很乾凈，前台服務也很好很熱情，房間還帶的陽台，坐在陽台喝喝茶看看風景非常愜意，設施很齊全很新吹風機小冰箱都有，周圍交通也很便利，下樓就有飯店可以吃飯

凌晨到店感謝準備的🎁，清單如下：還沒進到房間房號下就被打了要求、床品衞生差… 明顯血污 （後在夜班前台帶領下看的幾間房表明床品衞生問題並非偶然，下單特意告知避開角房 偏偏就帶着看角房 .. 業務不怎麼熟，原始預訂的房型也沒搞清楚 後面説要換的房間是要降級房型…）馬桶圈不明污點 出風管道莫名敲擊聲 洗手液壓不出 鏡子夾層全銹水印 窗台上的蜜蜂…這房間聽説是免費升級給預留的 額… 咱就是説不要求升級，最基本的房間乾淨衞生都不行麼…
🎁未完，早上打開小冰箱，🔔🔔 一份外賣吧還是啥的都長黴了… 不知道它在裏面躺了多久了…
上午在前台退了房，門口等車，沙發區的一位阿姨可能是反應到剛前台説的房號，上前來問候… 讓我把問題給剛請來的五星級酒店經理説，一扭頭原來是早上我到大堂請求幫忙處理房間問題的“前台”… 🤔
一來車到，二來着實也是沒什麼慾望把這些糟糕的事情再複述一遍，畢竟夜裡工作人員也是有告知會交接給專人做一個處理的，那至此我想這個“處理”結果可能就是個不為人知的祕密了吧…
如果説吸引消費者的是品質，那這就是一個品牌經歷時間與市場的考驗留存下來最有價值的地方，如果這隨着香港老闆的轉手而徹底丟失掉，無異於坐吃山空
