酒店離煙台站不遠，位置不明顯導航穿過小巷才找到，我們從青島過來早上一個小時不到的車九點多就到了，從無人的大廳電梯上五樓才有前台，酒店應該是很早的娛樂會所改造的，房間格局簡直就像迷宮。前台説我們到早了要下午兩點才能辦入住，現在沒有退房也沒清理，我們不可能等到下午兩點後，就寄存行李準備直接外出。天氣炎熱，八十多歲的長者找前台要三瓶礦泉水給我們同行三人一人一瓶，卻遭到前台的拒絕，説入住後會給房間放兩瓶水。出遊多次還是第一次遇到這樣的酒店服務很氣憤，首先我們在攜程平台上下單，並在入住前一天已扣除房費，既然到了酒店無法安排房間不是我們旅客的問題，我們不可能為了等房間拿水等到下午浪費我們的時間提前把水給我們不行嗎？？其次天氣炎熱八十多歲的長者要酒店前台給我們三人一人一瓶水這樣的要求過分嗎？遭到前台拒絕，酒店就這樣的服務態度，後來我們説會如實評價反饋才勉為其難的拿了兩瓶水，真是摳門到極致了。這家宜萊酒店對面的楓渡酒店門口還擺着礦泉水給大熱天需要飲水的人羣免費贈送，真是天壤之別的對比。晚上入住後廁所門鎖也是壞的，前台説為了避免意外所以房間廁所門都是專門破壞的。後來我看到有廁所是好門鎖的房間要求更換，前台卻説是預留的，我是7月28日攜程下單預訂的，8月18日入住，難道預留的房間沒有先來後到嗎？遊玩回來太累前台這種服務態度已不想爭辯，衹是把自己的經歷如實描述出來，給其他來煙台選擇這家酒店住宿的朋友一些告誡吧，謹慎選擇這家宜萊酒店火車站店，住宿體驗感太差了。

很差的住宿體驗，隔音非常的不好！樓下早上7點就開始裝修！大電鑽一直不停，給前台打電話 説沒法！一點作為都沒有，真無語！還有那被子和床單 上都有黃漬！很不乾淨，空調也很久，開着的時候聲音很大

出來旅遊，住離車站近的地方是最省時間的，但是重在方便，房間設施還可以的，酒店前台也可以領到簡餐，比較人性化（照片不是酒店送的，是在當地吃的）酒店服務也非常好，聯繫前台原房續住也給辦理了

房間很大，空調是新的，製冷很足，前台小哥哥小姐姐人都超級好，離火車站步行的距離，推薦大家去酒店旁邊的一個店鋪，租了個車，可以租電動車
