The bar and restaurant staff 👌 were great service, Lots of Improvement needs to be done, room standards, beach ⛱, entertainment , apartment from that everything else is good

Very bad place room is stinky and service is bad please do not come here if there is less than one star then I would rate it a zero the food compared to other hotels is very bad and they serve the same food all the time. They don’t have wifi in the room also it’s very bad only in reception.

This is a four star hotel but it is unlikely to be . Poor customer service, poor hygiene and nothing is working in the rooms starting from entrance door to bathroom ,there’s no fridges and no internet. Beds are in critical condition and matresses are very old maybe not changed over a decade. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and my advise is to avoid at any cost. I would rate this hotel 0/5 if I can.

i run away from this bad place, this is the worst hotel experience you can habe , very bad services , bad rooms, very rude people especiallty the guy on the reception, medium food not delicious, only the location near marina, not worth its money

The most terrifying & terrible hospitality, arrived with my husband after a long flight but the receptionists both were very rude and unprofessional, they deliberately downgraded our room , we booked double bed , we were offered single then they gave us silly excuses, that’s what we have and you can go complain to the ministry of tourism. I’d cancel if I didn’t pay online. They never smile to customers or even treat them with kindness , no wifi , no AC in the room… I’ll NEVER come back again.

Had a very bad experience with both receptionists upon our arrival at hotel. They don’t know how to talk with guests and were very unwelcoming. Our reservation was fully paid for the selected room category and they deliberately tried to downgrade our room with silly excuses. After challenges eventually they gave us the room we supposed to get. The hotel should provide some trainings to its staff on how to deal with guests.

Never seen an awfull hotel like this in my life.. dirty rooms insects bad smell of carpets always making noise TV is not working ... same food everyday .. the receptionist is always mad even the security guy Infront of the front door is always mad .. this is scam am not going to mention the pool very dirty and they don't have where to sit on the beach they tried to scam me .. please keep your money and don't go to this horrible place I do have videos and pictures . Save your money and go somewhere else . Be aware of what you saw here it's totally different .

The reception staff were really really nice. The food was excellent and had a great variety at all point of the day! The dessert was v good. The entertainment was also very good. Would recommended for family’s and couples. Would come again! Overall extremely very good . Definitely 5*

It’s the most disgusting place where I have been! The personality is very bad, they lying to you about the price, they don’t speak English, there is no good food, no animation, the rooms are very bad, everything is s very dirty!!! Don’t visit this hotel!

A somehow bad experience with the reception desk stuff The chefs , the plomber and the cleaning staff were very nice and helpful Almost there is no coffees or disco or any type of pool bars they’re all closed The food ain’t good ( I found I dead fly in the salad ) There was some poop on the wall of the toilet of our chamber …:

I had a lovely stay at this quiet host, magnificent swimming pool view, the spa also top, all the staff smiling, thank you for all the staff, bar, restaurant, entertainment, really top hotel and it's sure that it's not the last time I will come back soon thank you
