位置很優越，離松江站非常近，走到宍道湖看夕陽的地方大概15分鐘，底下有一家711，車站前的一條街也有很多居酒屋，是一次不錯的入住體驗。

枕も布団の軽さもとても良かった。全体的に満足。
ただ、チェックインの時に、枕が選べることと、パジャマもとって部屋に行かないとないことも伝えてもらえるとなお良かった、
部屋に関しては、空気清浄機があれば良かったのと、服を匂い消臭できるスプレーがあれば良かった。
また、荷物がキャリーだったので、階段で抱えて上がったのが大変だった。
帰る時にエレベーターがある張り紙を見つけたが、分かりにくいので、階段の所に大きく書いてもらえると良かった。

花火大会で利用しました。専用駐車場がなくて提携している駐車場へ停めるシステムでした。それも17時以降翌日10時までが無料時間帯で、それより前に駐車した場合は1時間200円かかることを当日チェックインした時に知らされました。事前にわかっていれば時間の調整ができていたかもしれません。少し残念でした。
