環境很一般！床上用品有點臟！跟客房換，也沒乾淨到哪去！根本就不是4百多價位的酒店！除了位置靠近三峽遊客中心方便，其他都很一般，不配這個價位

房間還不錯打掃的很乾凈，離三峽遊客中心很近，走路5分鐘到很方便。還可以存行李。服務也很好熱情。

有史以來最差的一次感受。房間隔音效果差，床品不乾淨，上面都是黑色的毛茸茸，不曉得是沒有洗乾淨還是沒有更換。除了地域優勢，其他的一無是處。帶娃來的慎重考慮考慮。全程我不敢脱衣服睡覺

地理位置十分優越。到三峽遊客中心，到宜昌萬達廣場走路都衹需五分鐘。樓下餐飲，交通都非常便捷。但是，設施相對來説比較陳舊。還有，晚上很晚了走廊裏還有不少人大聲喧嘩，影響休息，雖然這個不是店家的責任，但如果出現這種情況去幹預一下就好了。

我不知道攜程的好評怎麼來的，可能因為這個價格和設施不對等吧，平常也就100多的賓館，國慶要4百多也就算了，可能地段好，對面是萬達，離遊客中心很近，我完全是因為圖片和地理位置訂的，本來連訂2晚，第一天住進去我就想退房，如果1百多我也就算了反正應付一晚上，車子停不下去，保安很熱情很好，前台那態度反正算不上好，電話裏裏口氣也是冷冰冰的，我第一次住酒店跟我説空調他們沒開，我讓他們想辦法解決，因為房間裏有點悶的，她們給我拿了電扇，**！佩服！隔音效果差極差，床非常硬，這麼説吧！如果平常時間去一百多也就對付一夜就勉強算了，4百多我可以住的更好，衹能算個旅館，又老舊！要不是地理位置好圖片就是騙人的！第二天也是攜程上盲訂的3百多，又大又好又有早飯和停車充電，也在交通樞紐的高鐵站，服務態度和設施都是明顯的差別！
