Can’t keep luggage… is bad service When booking this hotel before…. Have to think about it

Good budget hotel, very convenience for 1-2 person

Location is close to the Yokohama station, room is not too big but have all you need.

Despite being in a great location within walking distance of Yokohama Station, I was able to stay there for a very reasonable price.

The price/performance ratio is very high. The location is not far from the bustling area of ​​Yokohama West Exit, which is very convenient and quiet. There are staff on the first floor, and there is a drone for check-out. Luggage cannot be stored in advance. Although the room is not big, it feels more comfortable than other hotels of the same price I have stayed in.

I was disappointed that there were stains on the cushion cover and limescale on the kettle, but the location was good and the price was cheap, so I have no complaints.

To begin with, I didn't have a reservation. I even received a confirmation email. Even though I had confirmed my reservation over the phone, the receptionist said I didn't have a reservation. The room was fully booked and I felt irritated by the lack of service.

Facilities and amenities were good. There is also a microwave Was saved. The bed you stay in is a comfortable semi-double, which is large enough for one person.

The twin beds were large and comfortable to sleep on. Laundry detergent was easy to buy at the counter for 50 yen, which was very helpful.

At first glance, it looks stylish, and there are many female customers, but I couldn't help but feel unclean because there was black mold on the bath curtain. At the same time, when I looked up at the washstand while soaking in the bathtub, the dirt was conspicuous, and I had to say that the cleaning was not perfect, which is a pity. I was grateful for the microwave installation.

It's relatively average and can be considered worthy of the price. The area is really too small and it's not convenient to turn around. In this case, I even bought a microwave oven, which took up too much space. There aren't many places to eat around, so you have to walk to Yokohama Station.

There was nothing particularly good or bad about it. There was a towel on the chair in the room, but I couldn't tell if it was a spare towel or something I forgot from last time!

It's close to the station, so I'm very satisfied. It seems like a very average hotel, but considering the price, it was sufficient.
