The staffs here are so friendly and the breakfast included is on point. You can have a full English breakfast and everything else on the menu as long as you can finish them all. The location is just fine, about 10 minute walk from the train station and to the city centre. However, in winter, I recommend checking in before 3pm because there is a forest opposite the guesthouse and it would be creepy to walk there when it's dark.

The room is not very big and very clean. The store owner was very enthusiastic and helped us carry the box. The breakfast is quite rich and abundant.

The room was very comfortable, clean, and the breakfast was rich. Our family of three came to York by train from London. The hotel is very close to the train station and the Shambles. All in all the hotel was great and the staff was friendly and exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

When we checked in after 3 pm, there was no one at the front desk. We had to call the landlord, but other guests who lived there opened the door for us. The bathroom sink does not use a mixing valve. The hot and cold faucets are separated far apart. In the winter, the water is too cold and hot at the same time. The heating is supplied at different times and is not available all day long. Breakfast is hard to explain. I wanted to replace the bacon (salty, dry and unpalatable) with sausages. The answer was NO. Each table seemed to order based on their mood. There was no toast on the menu. The next table had it, but ours didn't. , I asked the table next door if they ordered it separately, and they said no, and they served it anyway. The room deposit was deducted without informing me, which made me think that my card was stolen and I had to freeze my credit card urgently. All in all, it was a very bad experience. I don't give negative reviews easily, but the experience is really bad.

The room is neat and tidy and cleaned every day. The breakfast was very satisfying. I ordered fruit salad with traditional English breakfast. The service was very attentive. I will choose here again next time.

The hotel has complete facilities and a quiet environment. The All Day Breakfast is very rich, the food is fresh, the staff is polite and the service is attentive. It is worth recommending!

從約克火車站步行到旅館有一條非常近的路，推行李大概需要走10分鐘左右。旅館位置很好，到約克鎮中心步行十多分鐘。提醒一下：預訂酒店以後一定要及時查看郵件，旅館會把進入大門的code發至預訂郵箱，15點以後到達是自助check in的。房間很乾凈，早餐也非常好。唯一不足的是沒有電梯需要自己搬行李。

除了隔音不是很好，其它都不錯，離火車站很近，早餐很好
