We would like to thank the team of Wulingyuan Homestay for their hospitality, kindness and amazing service to our family of 5, especially Jack , without whom our stay would not have been the same. He helped us from A to Z, whether it was language, food, planning and booking, taxi, rides, anything we needed, he would be available. Its priceless when you dont speak the local language and dont have the tools (alipay, wechat, etc...) to get things done.
We very much liked the location in the middle of nowhere and in the woods though this could not suit everyone. After busy days with millions of people around, we appreciated the calm and peacefulness of the environment. Thank you!

Excellent hotel - the staff were absolutely amazing. The famous artist who owns the culture park, 熊风, really welcomed us, shared his amazing story and taught us a lot about art. The manager, Jack, spoke great English (and Japanese) and organized all our transport to attractions, shows and arranged all our meals - even packed food for our lunches when we were out. The breakfast, lunch and dinner were delicious.
The hotel is uniquely and beautifully designed by the artist himself - the design is incredible! Immersed in nature with some many interesting areas to explore, the hotel and culture park have plenty to see and do. The room was well decorated with very interesting designs, clean and felt like home.
We will definitely come again - the boss and staff treated us so well and did more for us than any other hotel. Thank you so much taking such good care of us and treating us as family.

The staff's attitude is OK, but the supporting facilities are a bit poor. The room was in the woods and had a lot of bugs. The transportation is not very convenient either. It is not convenient to travel and eat. The price is a bit expensive.
