Loved our stay at Home Inn Plus Zhangjiajie! Short walk to the restaurants and short taxi ride to east gate. Room was spacious and clean, everything was great! Lady at the tour desk was super helpful with park tickets and suggesting itineraries for the national park, Grand Canyon and Tianmen Mountain back in the main city. The buffet breakfast also includes a bowl of noodles they make upon request. They also stored our luggage when we went to the Grand Canyon so we could pick up on our way back to the South Gate to make use of our NP tickets for a second day before we went to Zhangjiajie City. Park tickets are good for 4 days so it was a bonus for us and we really enjoyed the extra opportunity.

New hotel, comfy bed, free coffee in the lobby, complimentary breakfast that is not too bad for the price. The hotel is located in a quiet area but still close to everything, and there are many shops, street food stalls, and foot soaking/massage places nearby. The only thing was, occasionally cigarette smell comes through the ventilators, but honestly I did not mind for the price I paid.

The Hotel is GREAT. The place is as asthetic and warm as on the picture on trip . com. They use an aromatherapy that tentalizing your smell to a homey and warm place. The room is well lit, hot shower is full blast and very hot as needed on the winter nites. The mattrass is ergonomically firm. The breakfast is very sophisticated. Cant complained. U can get coffee and tea on the lobby. 🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸

Location of hotel is average you have to do everything by taxi. There’s not really public transportation there. Far to the city centre as well. Close to the hotel there isn’t much to do. Please stay somewhere else where it is more lively because the area where this hotel is located is quite boring and quiet it’s situated in a residence area bot really for tourists. When you check in they are pushy and immediately want to sell you things, this can be annoying when you are tired and just want to go to your room.

This hotel experience was absolutely amazing! The free laundry service kept my travel clothes pristine and new—so thoughtful! The free coffee was delicious and provided a welcome recharge. The robot delivery service was quick and adorable, a truly technological experience. The hotel's location is also fantastic, close to scenic spots and incredibly convenient for exploring. There's also a variety of local snacks nearby, perfect for satisfying your cravings. Whether you're exploring or dining, it's incredibly convenient. Highly recommended! I'll definitely stay here again!
