Check-in and check-out was fast and easy. Room has everything you need, clean and spacious = except no bath mat. Had to ask for it. Room decor has mixture of traditional Chinese and modern touches. Breakfast was very simple and the same every day. A bit more variety would be better. The rooftop view is wonderful, makes you feel like you are on a holiday! Location is about 10min walk to Xibu Street for restaurants, cafes, fruit & veges, local shops... it is a bit of a hike uphill to return to hotel but good exercise for the national park visits. Nevetheless, would recommend this hotel. Many tourists / foreigners stay here.

As soon as I walked in, the service was impeccable. He helped me with booking a didi to get me to the night market for dinner as it was 11pm by the time i reached the Inn. The Inn is conveniently located - close to restaurants, show, very lively - only 5mins drive or a nice stroll after dinner. The Inn didn't have USB charger so he lend me theirs. There's also an English speaking lady that went through the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park map and explained everything thoroughly. They also assisted me in booking Tianmen Mountains tickets and booked a taxi arranged when i checked-out.

Great stay. The highlight truly is the staff which is very helpful.
The beds are comfortable and the rooms clean. The location is perfect, you can get anywhere in the national park from there.
Great views from the 5th floor and good breakfast.
We didn't have any luck with the weather so we'll definitely come back

We definitely recommend this place! The hotel is romantic and offers a complete Chinese experience. We stayed for 4 nights. The owners are very kind and will help you with your day-to-day itinerary if you want to visit the famous Zhangjiajie mountains. They also offered us fresh fruit! If you don't speak Chinese, they will communicate via translation apps.
The room was beautifully decorated and spacious. It had a lovely view at the garden from the balcony. Breakfast is Chinese style, simple but tasty. It is served from the rooftop with a stunning view on the Zhangjiajie mountains! There was also a possibility to use the washing machines.
The hotel was just 7 minutes by car from the famous Zhangjiajie (Avatar) mountains and only a 7 minutes walk from the cosy city centre.

The 2 receptionist are very gently and attentive. They helped me to book my park ticket and they explain to me the things to do. The room is big and the bed is comfortable. The hotel is in a good location and the town of Wulinguyan is charming.

Fabulous location. We arrived from Australia, via Shanghai and internal flight to Zhangjiajie.
Very welcoming. Xiao Song gave us guidance on activities to book - though we had already booked, she assisted up with a map.
Delicious breakfast each morning served on rooftop with lovely view. Traditional noodles and tea, coffee, eggs, bread.
Mountain views from room. Excellent water pressure in shower, very comfortable beds. Highly recommend.

We had a marvelous stay in this hotel, they gave us all the instructions to visit the park. The stuff was really friendly. Rooms are clean and cozy and we’ve got a mountain view room which was an incredible!! We recommend this hotel 100 %!
