My expectations were sky-high, and the station drop-off service was perfectly on time. The hotel is absolutely stunning! It's a very quiet environment and has such a wonderful artistic vibe. I'll definitely be staying here again!!! And seriously, the breakfast was out of this world! ❤️

The guesthouse is incredibly close to the Changbai Mountain Scenic Area. The owner has fantastic taste; it's a shame we were in such a rush this time that we couldn't fully enjoy the stay. On the first floor, they also have a variety of creative souvenirs. I bought my daughter some duckies, and she absolutely adored them!
After a morning of hiking, a lovely bath in the evening completely washed away all my aches and pains. The guesthouse's towels were incredibly soft, which really shows how much care the owner puts into the details.
Erdaobaihe Town is absolutely beautiful; I particularly enjoyed strolling through the parks. I truly hope to bring my daughter back here again someday!

Service is 6 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. They took initiative to book us tickets to everywhere we want to go. Even drop us to the destination without being asked. Communication is via wechat translation but everything is perfect. Room is huge, clean, and well desined.

The main advantage of this hotel is the staff. The hotel manager helped us create a sightseeing plan, bought all the necessary tickets, sent a detailed itinerary, and thus saved us a lot of time and made our journey easier! We are very grateful to the manager for the hospitality! The local breakfast from the lovely aunt helped us immerse ourselves even more in the atmosphere of Chinese culture.❤️

Convenient location with friendly staff. Yummy breakfast and even laundry service provided FOC. Would give 6 stars for service if I could. They help you to plan the itinerary, book all the tickets and even take the intiative to arrange transportation. Bed is comfy, free drinks from the refrigerator and even live TV to enjoy live sports during supper time in the room.
Highly recommended for anyone coming to Zhangjiajie.

My foreign friend and I spent two and a half busy days exploring Zhangjiajie. The manager provided us with excellent travel advice and itinerary details, making the entire trip an incredibly smooth and enjoyable experience. The room was also very clean and beautiful. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next trip.

My wife and I had a superb stay at Songfeng. Not only was the hotel beautiful with great attention to detail, the 24 hour butler service ensured we were more than comfortable and well-taken care of. Check-in was smooth and they had assisted us with the booking of the attractions which truly made our experience in Zhangjiajie fuss-free. The staff even went an extra mile and bought us a cake to celebrate our anniversary. I highly recommend this peaceful spot to anyone heading down yo ZJJ.

This was the best hotel we ever stayed in. First of all it is very conveniently located for visiting the Zhangjiajie parks, but most special is the hotel itself. The rooms look like you are staying in a museum, with beautiful furniture, great amenities and precious details. Apart from that, the service is absolutely incredible. Everything you need can be taken care of, breakfast is amazing, and in general the staff is super friendly and helpful, even if you don't speak the language and only communicate via translation. Basically if you ever want to feel like a royal, you should come to this place. I really hope we can come back again some day.
