The hotel location is very good. 5 min walking to bus station Wulingyuan and 20 min walking to the entrance of zhangjiajie national park. The staff is nice, even they don't speak English, they are very friendly and try to communicate with translator and answer all the questions. The hotel has free laundry service, which is very good.

Staffs are super friendly especially the receptionist lady that went all out to patiently explain to us on how we can visit Zhangjiajie the best way and recommend food and massage place nearby. She even brought us to the restaurant and the massage place herself. Breakfast has decent selections and the rooms are clean. Thank you for the great China experience. 7 star 🌟 service.

For us this hotel made sense, close to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park East entrance, about 20 minutes walk in a town with terrific scenic views. Friendly hotel staff who will provide information exploring the area and an early morning breakfast to get started ahead of the crowds. The Wu Ling Shan Shui Hotel is close to restaurants, shopping and the public bus station with destinations to other Park entry points as an alternative to taxis.

Good location 15 min walking to East Gate. Room ok, tatami room it’s just the name there is not a tatami on the floor. The bed is in between the curtain and a piece of forniture meaning that you will definitely either touch the curtain or the forniture while sleeping.
From the windows you see a local house (few meter of street are in between) meaning that you could hear them depends on the night. Hotel provides free ear plugs.
The breakfast is ok they have also western options.
Free snacks in the lobby (e.g biscuits and ice cream).
The host is very helpful. She evens use a translator system that she sets based on your language.

I was really happy with my stay. Parking was convenient, the room was clean, and the soundproofing was good. The elevator made getting around easy, and laundry facilities were also very convenient. The hotel is very close to the scenic area, just a few minutes' walk away. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Wulingyuan.

I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent value for money. The guesthouse is located in a quiet area, with another inn directly opposite. They offer thoughtful amenities such as disposable toilet seat covers, free self-service laundry facilities, complimentary ice cream, and a free buffet breakfast. During my two-day stay, most of the guests I encountered were European or American. I guess it's a popular choice for Western travelers, haha.

The hotel was super great. It is just a 20 min walk from the east gate of Zhangjiajie national park. The hotel itself offers free snacks like ice cream and cookies and the breakfast was also pretty good, consisting of things like fried rice, congee, dried fruit and nuts, jam and toast and some chinese Dimsum!

We arrived In Zhangjiajie station in the morning and the hotel organised for us the pick up. Arrived there the lady explained us everything, giving is a map ( very helpful) and purchasing tickets for us. The hotel is very close to South Gate (10 minutes walking) and nearby there are many restaurants and foot massage places! We also found a night street food market where we found a large variety of cheap and good food.
Breakfast is also very good!
P.s: the lady will also offer you also ice cream for free ❤️

I would like to express my gratitude to the staff for their diligence and kindness. This was a very comfortable stay. We loved the room and the people taking care of the hotel. The location is also great. The rooms are cleaned everyday. There's plenty of free snacks. Great breakfast. Free laundry service. Possibilities to shop for souvenirs at the lobby. It was very memorable. Highly recommend it
