I booked a room and arrived at the hotel front desk at midnight, but there was no room displayed. It took me half an hour to rest, and there was no slippers in the room.

When I go out to stay in a hotel, I like to choose Ramada, Zhangjiajie is no exception. The hotel is very new, the environment is good, and the service is good. It is in the new science and technology district, a little far from the city, but it is convenient if you drive. The floor is low and there is a little noise in the morning, but everything else is OK.

Environment: The hotel is located near the highway exit. You can drive a short distance after getting off the highway. There are ground parking spaces but no underground parking spaces. During the Spring Festival, there were many people staying in the hotel and the parking lot was full, so it was difficult to park. There are charging piles nearby. Sanitation: The sanitation is very clean and tidy, and there is a laundry room. Facilities: There are restaurants and supermarkets around... Service: Good service. On that day, the clothes in the laundry room were taken by mistake. The hotel manager checked the surveillance in time. Later, the clothes were found and delivered to the room. This is very good!

The environment is very good and any problems we have are solved quickly. The late breakfast was great too! It was a pleasant stay. Satisfied, the family is very happy
