Big thanks to Eva for upgrading us to a suite; she was incredibly warm and friendly. The housekeeping staff was also very kind and helped me find a buckwheat pillow. It's really cool up here in the mountains, about ten degrees cooler than Beijing, making it perfect for a summer escape from the heat. There's a shuttle bus service to the high-speed rail station and the forest park, though we didn't catch it. Taxis are also very convenient, so if you prefer more flexibility, you can easily just take one. Breakfast was good, and dinner featured Southeast Asian cuisine, along with some sashimi – pretty standard fare for a Crowne Plaza. The balcony was nice, but there were a lot of bugs due to being in the mountains. I imagine it would be better in winter. There are a few restaurants within the resort, though dining options are a bit limited. We ate out one day and at the hotel the other, and both were decent. There's also a small convenience store where you can pick up some drinks and alcohol. There's a library at the top of the mountain, accessible by the resort's cable car, and the views from there are absolutely stunning. The forest park is great for hiking; it's not too hot and the sunshine is lovely. You can also drive up to the summit for photos, where the scenery is beautiful with lots of trees – truly a natural oxygen bar. We'll definitely come back here for our next vacation!

The hotel is relatively new, with good facilities and decorations. The service is superb! Because of the problem of bed size, I wanted to change to a room of the same price. The store owner was very patient to take me to see the room first and then adjust it. The front desk and service staff communicated with the attitude of helping to solve the problem, and their attitude was also very good. It is a good choice to come to Chongli. In addition, the breakfast is delicious.

If you don't feel like venturing far, the Aranya community where the hotel is located offers plenty to do, with cable cars, toboggans, a large lawn, bike and skateboard parks, various entertainment venues, shops, and a cinema – you'll never run out of things to do. 🌳 **Inviting Ambiance, Connected to Nature:** Surrounded by forest, the hotel boasts incredibly fresh air. The lobby bar offers lush green views, instantly uplifting your mood. The lobby's panoramic glass window design is superb, bringing the magnificent outdoor scenery right inside. Sitting there, enjoying a drink while taking in the beautiful views, is simply a treat. 🏊 **Comprehensive Facilities, Catering to Diverse Needs:** The fitness center isn't huge, but it has a wide range of equipment to cater to various workout preferences. The heated swimming pool has crystal-clear water, and a few laps there were incredibly relaxing for both body and mind. There's also a children's play area. The hotel even provided complimentary lobby bar vouchers for two drinks – what a thoughtful touch! 🍳 Breakfast is served at the Wan Hui Xuan All-Day Dining Restaurant. While the variety wasn't exceptionally wide, the taste was quite good. Wan Hui Xuan's lunch and dinner were also delicious; all three generations of my family were very satisfied. The hotel proactively offered complimentary breakfast for our child, which was truly exceptional service and absolutely deserves a big thumbs-up! 🛏 **Comfortable Rooms, Quality Shines Through in the Details:** We booked a king-size room this time. The space was generous and the layout well-planned. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a wonderfully restful night's sleep. The room was equipped with a desk and free high-speed internet, making it convenient for both leisure and temporary work. The bathroom had a wet/dry separation, and the toiletries were of good quality. 💁‍♀️ **Thoughtful Service, Elevating the Experience:** During check-in, the staff were warm and enthusiastic. They not only swiftly processed our check-in but also informed us about the hotel's facilities and activities. In addition to the complimentary breakfast mentioned earlier, they also provided free in-room beverages and proactively brought our luggage to the room, which was truly heartwarming. This stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Zhangjiakou Chongli was truly memorable. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.

On my first visit to this town, I opted for a lake-view room at the Huanhuo Hotel, and the views were simply breathtaking! 😊 I could watch the lake fountain right from my balcony, and what truly made it special was the giant yellow duck installation that recently appeared in the middle of the lake. The overall experience was fantastic! 👍🏻👍🏻 The front desk staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and highly efficient. The room facilities were excellent, and the decor had a distinctive character. Plus, easy access to and from the hotel made exploring a breeze. Choosing Huanhuo was definitely a fantastic decision! The hotel's lakeside location is perfect. From the ground level, guests can enjoy picturesque lake views, watch various performances, and admire the Western-style streetscapes, all while dining. Heading downstairs, the underground shopping street offers a relaxed ambiance and diverse dining options. A major plus is that the cable car 🚡 station is right outside the hotel, and you can even catch young riders training at the pump track. Additionally, the town shuttle bus stop is conveniently located right at the hotel lobby entrance. This level of convenience is truly remarkable! Overall, I couldn't be happier!!!

The community environment is particularly good, the greening inside is also good, and the roads are spacious. The location of the community is also great, and it takes few steps to go to Cuiyunshan Town. There are also parking spaces underground, and there are almost no cars parked. But it is not directly connected to all building numbers. I can directly lift to the underground parking lot when I stay in Building 6. I heard that the small building number can be connected to the underground parking lot. Check-in at the front desk is particularly unreasonable. You can wait until two o'clock to check in, and go to the waiting area early. At two o'clock, the front desk is lined up. There are two counters to handle, and some employees are not skilled in business, often making mistakes or stalling. We started at two o'clock when we checked in, and it was almost three o'clock when we really finished. So it is recommended that people who booked the room should arrive around three o'clock, so that they don't have to wait too long. There is also a chance who handled it for you, it's really fast. The cafeteria downstairs is not very good. It looks like there are two rows of choices. In fact, the back is empty, and there is a row of meals in the front. There are drinks in it, you can mix cold vegetable salads, two or three staple foods, soups, and five or six hot dishes. The taste is particularly general, and some dishes are still spicy, not friendly to the elderly. By the way, I have to clean up the table after eating, which is very strange.

It was great stay, starting from check in, staff Tiffany is especially detailed in her explanation and even brought us to the ski rental and instructor area to answer our queries. Throughout the stay, we added her in WeChat and she replied promptly when we encountered any issues. My room is facing the slope and the ski resort is accessible at the basement level which makes it convenient. Breakfast spread is good too with international spread. The Chinese restaurant that located at the basement has very nice food too. This hotel is highly recommended for the service and location to the ski resort.

The room is very spacious, and the community environment is also good. Parking is free. The interior is relatively clean and quiet. It is very close to the main city. There are many restaurants within ten minutes' walk. In fact, I am quite satisfied with everything except that the toilet is clogged. , I can only go out to the toilet in the morning. The toilet seat is still broken. I am afraid of pinching my butt when I sit on it. I hope the boss can improve it soon.

The first time I brought my family to Chongli for skiing, I chose Aranya A Hotel. After two days of staying, I felt that I made the right choice and was very satisfied. Facilities: The duplex room is very suitable for our family. There are two rooms upstairs, especially two bathrooms. The room is very clean, with free snacks and drinks, a balcony, and a view of the town. Service: Every staff member is very enthusiastic, especially the housekeeper Tingting, who is always responsive. When we need some accommodation supplies, she quickly helps us deliver them to the room and also sends fruits. She is very thoughtful and must thank her. The ski resort in Aranya Chongli is also good, not many people, the coach is very professional and responsible, and the children are very happy to play.

We made a last-minute decision to visit Chongli and were lucky enough to get the last available room that day. Upon entering the town, there's an underground parking garage, and hotel guests can park for free, without needing to buy a ticket to enter the town. We arrived at 4 PM and quickly checked in. Our room was on the ground floor, featuring a queen-sized bed and a single bed, comfortably accommodating a family of two adults and one child. The room was exceptionally spacious, and the bathroom area was also very large. The bathtub was great, and the bathrobes were soft and clean. Breakfast offered a rich variety of choices and was certainly worth the price. Overall, we were quite pleased and would definitely return given the opportunity.
