I was recently seconded to work in Zhengzhou, and found this homestay by accident. It's no exaggeration to say that it fits all my needs perfectly. The actual house view is exactly as shown in the picture. It is cleaned very cleanly. As a B&B with long-term guests, the facilities are complete and the corners are well cleaned. You can directly see the corn floor from the room. Traveling and eating are also quite convenient. There is indeed an illusion, as warm as coming home.

位置真的特別方便，地鐵坐到5號出口走一兩分鐘路就到了，自助入住根據房東的指引操作也很快就能辦理完成， 十分便捷。房間衞生:
真的超級贊，照片無濾鏡，住了4天3夜下來每個人都讚不絕口哈哈。很細心的房東，洗面奶水甚至棉簽刮鬍刀化粧鏡都有。尤其是走廊那個超級長的長廊全身落地鏡！ 拍照穿衣臭美很強大。洗澡洗頭竟然都是軟水沐浴！沐浴體驗感拉滿！毛巾軟軟的用着舒服有種真的在家的感覺，炒雞安靜3晚下來表示啥噪音都沒聽到哈哈。 房東基本上微信找都會秒回，遊玩出行:應該是鄭州最佳的地理位置原因，感覺去哪裡都好近啊打車都是十幾塊撐死不用20。這個民宿真的不錯，預訂時候在鄭州查了一下排top one哦。很榮幸搶到並且入住體驗那麼棒， 有看到的別猶豫，真的會給你驚喜的哦

位置很好找，房東發了圖片配文字可以儘快的找到住址，每個房間➕客廳和圖片一致，民宿的兩個衞生間能配上智能馬桶真的沒有幾家能做到！每個房間都配有夜燈➕獨立空調！廚房調料都很齊全，雖然我們沒有做飯，但是餐具和鍋具都齊全。冰箱都配有兩個！！總之如果找民宿且家庭出行的可以優先考慮哦，真的划算實惠！！

🚗打車可以到樓下，五號線地鐵口，樓下就是公交站牌
🎯下樓50米就是丹尼斯商場，上面電影院，巴奴，星巴克，肯德基，麥當勞還有各種美食真是全了！
🚴🏻 從家裡還可以看到超大濕地公園鄭州之林，目測不遠走着就能到。
🏆 周邊環境：單元門口一直有保安蜀黍，安全感足足的。小區有空中花園，去轉了一圈也是綠植超多，花園中也可以觀景～
🏅真是絕佳位置拉！！房間可以全景正對看大玉米，還有大湖。陽台觀景處有一個大弔籃，完全可以裝下我們兩個人～
🏃 還可以去樓下和潮男潮女們一起健身跑步，時尚的生活氣息撲面而來～～
🎲 家裡還有大的自動麻將機，對着玉米樓打麻將，愜意的沒有更爽的生活了～
🏎有地下車庫，還有私家車位。被重視的趕腳～
🌕 窗簾很遮光，這點對夜貓子太重要了～床墊和四件套都很完美，而且很安靜，睡到不想起床。和朋友起來的時候，發現陽光可以灑滿每個卧室，客廳也可以沐浴陽光。
☀️ 房間有網紅日落燈🌅 以及各種拍照造型擺件。
💄 雙衞哦！！出門想找這種兩個衞生間的房間可是不容易哦～而且每個衞生間都有一面超大超大的化粧鏡，對了～全智能馬桶哦[偷笑]花灑竟然是是恆温的！出水量超大！軟水洗澡後皮膚真的超滑哈哈。
💋走廊有穿衣鏡，可以360度臭美。卧室還有梳粧台，可以用哦～
🥘 開放式廚房，可以多位朋友一起下廚做美食。我們用的小米電飯煲悶米飯，超香哦～還有火鍋，不過我們沒有用。[愛心]不過姐姐説廚房用完是要自己清理乾淨的～
🐠 魚缸裏有好多活潑的熱帶魚，給整個房間帶來了靈氣~
💃 亮點：景觀房是最無敵的～全屋軟水，無限極直飲水，超大長桌，至少可以坐下8位。

酒店房間超級棒，温馨舒適，每一個細節都透露出用心和品味。尤其是那張大床，躺上去簡直不想起來，衹想一覺睡到自然醒。😴💤廚房很大也是超級讚的！樓下超市有賣新鮮的食材，購買很方便
總的來説，這次入住的體驗真的超級棒，無論是環境、服務還是設施，都讓人非常滿意。

我不知道這間房子5星是怎樣刷出來的。我預訂了10天，一到的時候我看到就非常不滿意，整間家很多灰塵非常不舒服，我要求退訂5天，但是對方都不肯，所以要預訂的朋友請三思，畢竟在鄭州這個價格算是很高的。他不應該寫酒店，這個不是酒店是名宿，連前台都沒有的。到達之前也沒發任何通知或密碼，我晚上11pm才到，我以為有前台，原來沒有，一直打電話沒人接，在外面等了很久，對方才睡醒接電話，難道不知道今天有人入住10天麼？也不會發訊息提早告訴我門密碼之類。1）房子很多灰塵，打掃衞生的人都是很隨便的。2）樓下大門一直關着，需要卡才可以開、如果你叫**，你是必須自己下去取餐因為外賣小哥進不來放在外賣櫃，非常不方便，如果同時叫三次**，你要下去取三次。3）説這間房子可以開派對，別開玩笑了，我鞋子不小心放外面，隔壁長者家都一直嘮叨我，然後我10pm開吸塵器，樓下的女人也上來罵我説很吵，其實我才兩個人住都遇到這些問題，更何況開派對。4）衹有一個房卡，我朋友出門後，我一定要跟，因為沒有房卡的人連叫外賣都取不了。5）枕頭很硬，我自己上淘寶買枕頭6）沒有微波爐超級不方便7）冷氣機有問題，太冷時叫對方來弄，他幫我設定衹是熱，沒有冷氣，我熱了5天睡不着冷氣機就不能正常有冷和熱？8）門口晚上太黑沒燈然後骯臟還有一件更離譜的事，我就不多説了，不想砸了別人飯碗..總之很多小細節我不滿意，它不值得這個價

一家五口人還不容易找了這家民宿，三室一廳很方便，裝修也很有格調，房間很滿意，乾淨衞生，日用品也很不錯。周圍飯店也很多，以後來鄭州玩還找這家。

首先從房子自身説，屬於稀缺型酒店，170㎡左右的套房吧，正對如意湖玉米樓，景緻很好，除了這套，別的我和朋友都沒看到更滿意的。規格相當高，奢華的裝修，大氣的裝飾，舒服的住宿，真的從各個方面都很完美，廚房也是非常的棒。其次房子的位置真的很優越，停車也很方便，住的非常舒服！
