Firstly, the owner responses are rapid. The location of the home stay is convenient. Just the photos showed in the *********** is totally different type of room type. The owner did not show the room type I booked in the photos. The described stated there was a luggage storage area, however it was not applicable for this apartment. When we asked if we could keep our luggage first, they replied this homestay does not offer luggage storage, however they offer us for early check-in but with extra charges of 50RMB, wave-able if review this stay with 5-star. This apartment has 2 rooms 1 bathroom, can stay up to 4-5 people. It was a great one cause they provide extra blankets. The towel are kind of old and dirty yet they provide single use towels, but 15RMB one disposable towel. The apartment is kind of old, but overall it was an acceptable stay.

We stayed in a cozy, clean & tastefully decorated 2-bedroom apartment at 艺丰大厦, its convenient location near to Gongbei Port with lots of affordable food joints across the street. Home owner was also very responsive, honest & friendly. Hope more guests will get the chance to stay in this homely place & appreciate every efforts of the home owner to keep this place clean, tidy & comfortable.

The apartment is beautifully decorated. Interior is modern and clean. Wifi speed is fast. The view from the apartment is nice. Location is great with easy access to Zhuhai station and Gongbei port. A lot of taxi going around even at 6am where we need to get to HZMB in early morning. Check in is extremely easy after we provided document through Wechat and had a self check-in. Will stay here again in next trip.

The room is clean and well-spaced. There are many entertainment facilities. You can play cards and sing. This is not the first time I have stayed here. It is very comfortable. I will come again.

The room is duplex, spacious and clean, with refrigerator, washing machine, and kitchen equipment. It is also equipped with electric mahjong and karaoke speakers. The housekeeper service is enthusiastic and the check-in process is smooth. It is a very good homestay.
