"❌ The bed has a faint cigarette smell even though I requested anti-smoke treatment and communicated that I'm particularly sensitive to smoke. Could be due to third-hand smoke which is understandably difficult to get rid off, BUT could still be prevented by making some rooms or one floor strictly smoke free. ❌ The provided two fluffy slippers are actually quite slippery in the elevated area. These aren't waterproof, and because the highlight of this hotel is the bathtub, I personally think It'd make sense to also provide two extra bath slippers that can be used in the shower as well as after bathing. 🟠 The bathrobes are fluffy and thick and would perhaps be more suitable for winter? Considering the baththub and current summer temperaturet, it might be convenient to switch to thinner, towel-like bath robes so that you can throw it on immediately after bathing. ✅ Clean bathtub and mirrors ✅ The whole experience with the tub was amazing. Controlling the water temperature was easy and I experienced no shortage of warm water, it flows out immediately. Bath salt was provided as well ✅ Actual usable television that provides entertainment: Can watch a lot of different content because there is VIP membership installed and you can broadcast all kinds of music. ✅ Pillows don't deflate: they provide actual support to your head. ✅ Can watch TV from the bathtub due to the mirrors ✅ Room looks exactly like the pictures and has the described amenities ✅ Walkable distance to metro ✅ Hair dryer actually has strong windflow and a sufficient hot setting. Girls with long hair rest assured. ✅ Good airco system & bidet toilet ✅ Blackout curtain drop ✅ Convenient communication via Wechat ✅ Rain shower & head shower. "This is a classic luxury hotel, and it still holds up quite well. On the first night, we stayed in their popular courtyard deluxe room, which was absolutely beautiful. It's been ten years, so it's well-maintained, which is impressive. The staff were all incredibly friendly. There was a slight hiccup on the first day during check-in; we were initially told we could check in at 1:30 PM, but then it was delayed. They proactively offered a suite upgrade, which we declined. When checking out, they were very accommodating with a late checkout and didn't rush us at all – truly excellent service! From the doorman to the restaurant, housekeeping, and front desk, the service was consistently great. Any requests for deliveries were handled promptly. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance. The location is also super convenient, just a ten-minute walk to Taikoo Li. Very comfortable overall."

"Found this B&B on Xiaohongshu and it was indeed great. The accommodation was clean and hygienic, the automatic toilet was super convenient, and the shower had amazing water pressure. The hot tub was incredibly relaxing. I particularly loved their slippers, haha! 😄 Being a river-view room, it was wonderfully cool to take a walk along the river at 6 AM, and you could even get a fantastic shot of the Big Buddha (I've attached two photos taken with my phone below – if you're a good photographer, you could get even clearer ones). In the morning, you'll see a lot of elderly people swimming in the river! 👍🏻 You can also visit the Big Buddha at night, which is beautiful. The young lady at the B&B was incredibly responsive and her service was warm and friendly; she spoke so gently. There's a convenient car park opposite, and they even offered free parking when we left! 👍🏻"

"I came out to stay in a few hotels, this is the first hotel I must give a good review. Originally, I didn’t have much expectations for Tangke’s hotel. I didn’t expect it to be very clean and comfortable. I slept well at night with oxygen supply. The staff were very enthusiastic. The first night I saw the children uncomfortable and took two bottles of glucose. When I left, I sent a small gift package. The restaurant downstairs can eat and play very tired and don’t have to go out to find it. The yak soup pot is affordable and delicious. It is cheaper than in Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area. The breakfast is also very rich. It is not recommended to come to Tangke. Friends staring at a hotel"

The room itself was clean, comfortable, spacious, and bright, and we were even treated to welcome fruits and local snacks – truly wonderful! Although the hotel is a bit older, the service and maintenance are still top-notch. The dinner buffet even includes hot pot, and guests get a discount. The food was delicious, with à la carte options, roast duck, and local specialties like Qiaojiao beef. There was a great selection of drinks, including white and red wines, and refreshing ice cream. Hotel near Chengdu University of TCM/Kuanzhai Alley Nearby Area,Chengdu
The mountains and rivers travel to search for the colors of brocade, while the fireworks are wide and narrow to search for hidden places. The main building of Chuanxing Yinli Hotel was first built in the middle of the last century and was the accommodation building for foreign experts in the industrial project of Chengdu assisted by the Soviet Union. With the changing international situation, the Soviet Union withdrew its experts from China, and the building immediately became the technical expert dormitory of Southwest Wireless Electronics Factory. It was not until the relocation of Chengdu Radio Third Factory in 2018 that the main building came to an end to the glorious and arduous historical mission that had been carried by Chengdu's industrial development for 60 years.Chengdu Yinli Hotel Management Company took over the renovation of the building in 2021, adhering to the construction concept of "preserving history" and "repairing the old as before". After three years, this red expert building, which witnessed the magnificent development history of Chengdu since the establishment of the People's Republic of China, has been transformed into a cultural hotel with great regional characteristics and historical heritage. Here, with a history of 60 years and the imprint of the hardships of pioneers, it is a concentrated reflection of the "Chengdu spirit" and the best place to savor the taste of time and listen to the sound of fleeting years.

"This hotel's design is absolutely stunning and so thoughtful. It's a converted old building that thoughtfully preserved its retro red brick exterior, beautifully complemented by new Chinese-style wooden lattice windows. The result is a perfect blend of the old architecture's timeless charm and modern minimalist aesthetics. Inside, there's a serene water garden courtyard with lush bamboo and greenery surrounding a shallow pool; the sound of the flowing water is incredibly soothing. In the evening, when the warm lights come on, the interplay of light and shadow creates an amazing ambiance. The circular revolving bookshelf in the public area is a unique design touch, and every space is meticulously crafted – perfect for snapping some great photos. The guest rooms feature natural wood furnishings paired with soft,微水泥 (micro-cement) walls, and the smart lighting system offers delicate, layered illumination. From the lobby and courtyard to the guest rooms, the entire design style is remarkably cohesive. I was genuinely blown away by this hidden gem of a design hotel; I highly recommend it!"

I stayed here for a business trip, and I added the WeChat of the hotel's personal assistant. Every time, they would help me prepare the invoice and water bill in advance, which was super convenient. The hotel now has a self-service laundry machine on the first floor, which is really handy for both leisure and business travelers. Food deliveries can also be brought to the room by a robot. What a wonderful place! Tucked away in the back makes it quiet and serene, while still being at the center of the traditional Wenshu Monastary area. Perfect for all sorts of travelers, i was a solo female and stayed in the dorms with other friendly guests. Lovely inner courtyard with a cafe for relaxing and drinking tea. The staff are all so friendly and ready to give you all the tips on what to do in Chengdu. They speak perfect English as well! There are a lot of regular visitors, since people keep wanting to come back. The rooms are cleaned everyday and beds are made, with fresh towels provided. Everyday felt like I had just checked in, brand new. Breakfast has a range of western (toast, eggs, bacon, yogurt, cereal) or chinese (rice, wontons, fried pancakes..) and fresh fruit that changes from day to day. All ranges of coffee and tea as well. It filled me up well to start my day walking around the city! Definitely recommend to anyone, and I will be staying here next time I visit! Thank you :)

We stayed in Meishan for a week for a sporting event. The hotel has clearly seen better days—especially compared to many newer properties in the area (aging lifts, worn carpets, etc.). We chose it mainly for three reasons: breakfast, gym/pool, and laundry facilities. 1. Breakfast The daily buffet was solid and met expectations. It featured a typical Chinese spread: hot stir-fried dishes, vegetables, meats, buns, dumplings, fried rice/noodles, porridge, plus a live station for dan dan noodles, eggs, and simple meats like sausage or ham. There was also a rotating Chinese dessert (e.g., red date with longan, green bean soup), along with some Western options like salad greens, yogurt, bread, cake, and fresh fruit. Since we stayed a full week, we appreciated the small variations. That said, we were surprised by the limited fruit selection—mainly oranges and watermelon—especially given the abundance of fresh fruit available locally. Breakfast vouchers are issued daily and must be presented before dining. 2. Gym & Pool This was the biggest disappointment. Both the gym and pool were completely closed, and the entire floor was gutted with no visible renovation activity. It looks like these facilities have been—and will be—out of service for quite some time. This was a major letdown, as it was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. 3. Laundry There is only one washer and one dryer for the entire building. We were concerned about availability, but only had to wait once. The 15-minute wash cycle helps with turnover. However, the dryer takes a long time and unfortunately shrunk all my cotton clothing. I’d recommend partially drying cotton items and then air-drying them in your room. Package Perks We booked through Trip.com, which included a small daily package: a plate with two oranges and some snacks, complimentary coffee or tea in the lobby, and a free transfer to the high-speed rail station (must be booked at the front desk one day in advance). There were also canned sodas included, which we didn’t use. Room & Noise We were initially assigned a room facing the plaza, which was very noisy. After requesting a change, we were first told the hotel was sold out—but after some persistence, a park-facing room was “found.” This room was significantly better: quiet, bright, and pleasant, with birdsong in the morning. We were told these were actually an upgrade, and that road-facing rooms are even worse due to constant traffic noise. 4. Smart Room Features (“Xiao Du”) We did enjoy the smart room system—“Xiao Du,” which works similarly to Alexa. It can control the curtains, TV, room temperature, and lighting, which is a nice modern touch. However, it was also a bit frustrating at times—for example, it would automatically turn off the lights in the bathroom sink area. The lighting there is already quite dim and not ideal for doing makeup. It would be helpful if the hotel could improve lighting around the mirror (brighter bulbs would make a big difference), or even better, install a mirror by the writing desk near the window where there is natural light. Smoking Smoking is allowed in the hotel, and we did notice it in the lobby, elevators, and corridors. Thankfully, our room itself was fine. Housekeeping turns off the AC and opens windows when cleaning, which seems to help ventilate lingering smoke. Location & Surroundings The hotel is in a convenient area. A nearby park is lovely, with traditional structures and inscriptions related to the Su family. Within a short walk is a lively commercial plaza with restaurants, bubble tea shops, salons (I tried a newly opened nail salon), and more. Getting around via Didi is easy. Overall For the price, the hotel offers decent value. However, the closed fitness facilities were a major downside. If we return, we’d likely try a newer hotel—but this one works if you prioritize cost and location over amenities.

I originally chose this hotel because it's only 3km from the city center, surrounded by upscale shopping areas, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle. From the moment I checked in, the doorman downstairs helped with my luggage and patiently waited while I bought water, truly making me feel at home. The housekeeping staff are always fully uniformed and incredibly thorough with their cleaning. A special thanks goes to Andy at the front desk, who was incredibly patient when I returned late at night, explaining the menu, how to use the TV's screen mirroring, and the restaurant's location. He even patiently helped me search online for a Qingcheng Mountain day tour when I expressed interest. The hotel's restaurant also boasts very authentic Sichuan flavors. The service attitude, from top to bottom, is absolutely perfect. I will definitely book this hotel again on my next trip to Chengdu.

This hotel is my top choice for travel, and its location is simply unbeatable. This time, I stayed at the Tonino Lamborghini Center by Tianfu Square, and the location was definitely the biggest plus, right in the heart of the city's central axis. Just a few steps from the hotel entrance is a subway interchange station, with Lines 1 and 2 connecting to the entire city, making getting around completely stress-free. Tianfu Square and the Chengdu Museum are within walking distance, so you can soak in the old city's cultural heritage with a leisurely stroll. A short subway ride takes you to Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li, and a quick taxi ride gets you to popular attractions like Kuanzhai Alley and Jinli. Downstairs, there's a bustling commercial area with plenty of unique snack shops, making shopping and eating incredibly convenient. The high-floor rooms offer expansive views through floor-to-ceiling windows; by day, you can overlook the city's main thoroughfares, and by night, you're treated to the sparkling lights of the entire square. Despite being in a busy area, the soundproofing is excellent, offering both convenient access and peaceful rest. For anyone visiting Chengdu, I highly recommend this place. Its prime location is a huge advantage, making your travels effortless and enjoyable.

This guesthouse truly exceeded our expectations! The room design is very stylish, clean, and tidy, with an absolutely stunning view – we could admire the snow-capped mountains right from our bed, making for a very comfortable stay. The owner's service was incredibly warm and thoughtful; not only did they provide convenient transfers to and from the scenic area, but they also proactively helped us contact and book a vehicle back to Chengdu, which saved us a lot of hassle during our trip. Any needs we had during our stay were promptly addressed, making us feel right at home. Both the environment, facilities, and service were impeccable. We highly recommend staying here when visiting Siguniang Mountain, and we will definitely be back!
