Next to the really good location and clean room with all kinds of commodities what really stood out was the service. The staff all helped with different kinds of tasks, waimai and cancel a wrong order, buy Panda Center Tickets and otherwise helpful advice. We were surprised how good their english is. Arrived earlier than checkin time and reception gladly upgraded me to a better room which was available. The hotel is about 7min walk to ifs, very near to Chunxi road metro. It is also walkable to Xinnanmen metro station and bus terminal. Food and shopping available in abundance in chunxi road. This hotel offers very good value for money in this very accessible location.

For the cost every night, booking here to solo visit Chengdu is extremely worth it. It is about a 7-8 minute walk from the subway, which can get you to about every nearby attraction you want (exceptions being mountains, larger streets, etc) There is also a huge mall and plenty of street food right outside the hotel one street over. Truly a great and experience for an extremely reasonable price.

The hotel is very good in all aspects. First of all, the location is good, it is convenient for travel, there are many delicious foods around, and the service attitude of the staff is also very good. The room is very new, the facilities and equipment are all new, and the sanitation is also very clean. The hotel has many breakfast options. I recommend the freshly cooked wontons and noodles. They taste good. I will stay here again next time if I need it.

The hotel is very near center of Panda IFS. Very covinient and easy to find eat and drinks. There is lawson near hotel. The room was great , the bed is comfy . Stay here for 2 nights. The breakfast was nice. The staff are helpful.

Exceptional Service and a Great Stay I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The service was truly outstanding — the entire front desk team was excellent, especially staff members 33-66, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The rooms are very clean, spacious, and comfortable. We initially received a room that had a slight smell of cigarette smoke, but the staff handled it immediately and switched us to a new room with no hassle at all. This is a great hotel, and I will definitely be coming back again!

Honestly for the price it’s an excellent deal! The room was clean and lovely, the staff was very kind and available, for example NaNa at the reception helped us multiple times. They even offer a laundry service for the costumers. The location is great, it’s a very lively area and a convenient spot to move around the city. Reccomend!

Awesome service staff and maintenance. Located a short walking distance to Taikoo Li and has 24 convenience store. Splendid comfort and attentive receptionists. Flushing system needs slight improvement but staff managed to rectify the fault timely.

From the front desk reception to the room service, every employee showed meticulous care and consideration for the guests. Their professionalism and thoughtful service made my stay experience particularly pleasant. No matter what problems I encountered, they were always able to provide timely help, making me feel at home. The decoration design of the guest room is very sophisticated, full of modern atmosphere but warm and comfortable. The bed is comfortable and soft, allowing me to get a good rest every night. This is my second time to stay here. This time Front desk staff did not offer me for complimentary breakfast, overoll is good experience to stayed with R Royalss Hotels.

5 Stars – Loved My Stay at Mercure Chunxi Chengdu (Returned for the 2nd Time!) I absolutely loved my experience at Mercure Chunxi Chengdu – so much that I came back for a second stay! This hotel continues to impress in all the right ways. The location is fantastic – just a short walk to Chunxi Road and IFS, which makes it super convenient for shopping, dining, and getting around the city. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with thoughtful touches like a minibar that made the stay even more enjoyable. I also appreciated how quiet and relaxing it was, even though it's in the heart of the city. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices, from local Sichuan dishes to international options – a real highlight of the stay. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. Overall, Mercure Chunxi Chengdu offers great value, comfort, and location. Highly recommended – and I’ll definitely be staying again!
