↑ I stayed at this hotel for three nights and had a truly enjoyable experience. From the moment I arrived, the service stood out. The staff were consistently friendly, polite, and genuinely eager to help with anything I needed, whether it was answering questions, their warm attitude made the stay feel comfortable and welcoming. The location is also excellent, especially for someone visiting Hangzhou for the first time. Many popular spots are easy to reach, and the area around the hotel feels convenient and safe. It was a great starting point for exploring the city. Overall, my three-night stay was very pleasant. The combination of great service, helpful staff, and a prime location made it a wonderful choice. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers.

I recently stayed at the Marriott Executive Apartments, and my experience was extremely disappointing. I booked through Trip.com, which clearly stated that all guests from all regions and countries are welcome. However, upon arrival, the hotel failed to inform me of a discriminatory local policy that caused significant problems during my stay. Late at night, the police came into my room unannounced, creating a highly stressful and uncomfortable situation for both me and my partner. This was not only an invasion of privacy but also caused emotional distress. At no point during booking or check-in did the hotel provide any disclaimer or warning about such policies that could affect guests. For a global brand like Marriott, I expected professionalism, transparency, and care for guests’ safety and dignity. Instead, I felt misled and unsupported. If the hotel is aware of restrictions that may impact certain guests, they should be upfront about it before booking, not leave travelers to face such distressing surprises. I will not be staying here again and cannot recommend this property to others. Clear communication and respect for guests are basic expectations, and unfortunately, this hotel failed on both.

We stayed at homestay No.17, everything was so good. Very welcoming host, friendly, warm and helpful. The room is clean, cozy, fully equipped for basic needs. Our room has the town view which is so poetic and dreamy, breakfast area has river view (so beautiful and tranquil) 10/10 experience, gonna miss Wuzhen much.

The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. A special mention to ROYIN and LU YONG JI they truly made my stay memorable. Royin was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always had a warm smile, ensuring that I felt comfortable and well taken care of. Lu Yong Ji went above and beyond to assist me with everything I needed, showing great professionalism and kindness throughout my stay. Their genuine hospitality and positive attitude really reflect the high standards of the hotel. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area not only for the beautiful environment but also for the amazing staff who make you feel right at home.

About the room: clean, really comfy bed. Shower was great (strong water pressure which was rare in mountain hotel). Coffee capsules were of good quality- handy when wanting to enjoy a cuppa first thing in the morning with a mountain view. Hotel location: quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of town centre which was perfect for a relaxing holidays. Local Chinese food restaurants were only 15 mins walk away. Easy to get Didi to go nearby town too. Also, it’s easy to get to multiple hiking trails in the area. Service: overall is fine. Staff was flexible and accommodating to meet guests’ needs. However, much improvement is needed for housekeeping as it was not done for one of the days during my stay and I had to ask for it at the end of the day. And water and coffee was not automatically replenished on certain days. Other than those minor incidents, the service and staff’s hospitality was good. Food: great breakfast. Restaurant menu was decent. But it will be nicer to have offerings like sandwiches for a light lunch option.

Really impressed with this hotel! I booked for one day first and ended up staying longer because it was just that good. The location is right at the Futian Market — there’s even a direct entrance from the hotel, which is super convenient. They’ve really thought of everything here… they even have charging spots for electric scooters! As someone who uses a scooter to get around the market, that was a huge plus. The front desk staff were also super friendly — super helpful with anything I asked. And on top of that, I happened to check in during a traditional Chinese festival. Such a cool and unforgettable experience

When you are out of station for business purpose, your entore focus is on business meets you dont even feel hungry because cracking the deal is important the only free time is breakfast , variety is there that too indian vegetarian food what else you want Walking distance from district 1 and 2 hardly 15 mins

Our 2nd hotel stay this trip. All is good as expected for all good hotels. Room were good, beds had super single X2. Cleanliness were tip top. No breakfast. Food hunt is easy. Take Didi to anywhere for 1km above to enjoy your stay. We had a few rides to food locale didn't regret it. Walking to West Lake was a breeze, easy and were all within walking distance. Many retailers and food can be found around this hotel.

Hotel breakfast: The breakfast service hours are long, and the selection is incredibly rich, offering a variety of Chinese, Western, and Japanese cuisines. Front desk service: The staff were warm, attentive, and proactively upgraded my room. Room service: The staff were friendly and promptly responded to guest requests. Overall, I had a good impression of this hotel. It prominently features a Marco Polo theme. The only drawback is that the hotel has been open for a while, and the hardware facilities are a bit dated.

My biggest takeaway is that this is not a service-oriented hotel. The hotel has been established for many years and enjoys a steady clientele. Its proximity to the trade city likely means many foreign trade business people book rooms here for their clients, hence the large number of international guests. Overall, I didn't perceive much in the way of hotel service; it's quite different from many other similarly priced hotels in China. The only commendable aspect is that water, lemon tea, and small snacks are visibly placed in the lobby for self-service. Beyond that, services were minimal. Breakfast was Arabian-style, which offered little appeal to a Chinese palate. Dental kits were provided with the room card, but there were no other amenities in the room. The slippers didn't seem fresh either, which was a bit disappointing. However, the bedding and linens were decent, allowing for a good night's sleep. Having frequently stayed at hotels like Atour and other select-service brands in the same price range, I found this hotel's service and facilities to be somewhat lacking in comparison.
