My overall experience at the hotel was mixed. Its central location made it easy to explore the town, which isn't very big. The staff were kind and helpful; they assisted us when we didn’t know how to call a taxi. However, while we were waiting in the hot weather, a taxi arrived, and we felt bad canceling the one they arranged for us. Unfortunately, the room experience left much to be desired. The hotel staff mentioned they upgraded us, but the room was too dark and the air conditioning was broken. When we requested to switch back to our original room, we were told it was fully booked, which left us feeling a bit deceived. It seemed like the ”upgrade” was more about availability than actual improvement. We only stayed for one night, so we managed, but I hope for a better experience next time. Additionally, the bed had some cleanliness issues, and while breakfast was okay, the presence of many flies was concerning. Thank you for the assistance, but I believe there are areas for improvement!

The location of the hotel is absolutely good, right at the bridge leading to the Painted Tower, but you have to park your car in the parking lot outside the town and walk into the town with your suitcase. The house we booked has a terrace, which is actually a loft room. The elevator only goes to the 4th floor, so you need to carry your suitcase up one flight of stairs. The view from the terrace is super good. When the weather is good, you can sit on the terrace and drink tea, admire the Painted Tower, and watch the clouds roll by. Because the room is a loft with a sloping roof, there are places where the height is low, and you will hit your head, so you need to pay attention. The bathroom is very small and the facilities are relatively simple. The breakfast is average, ordinary.

There is only a front desk service in the morning or at the designated time, and only whatapps can be contacted at other times! The buffet breakfast is rich in food and can be picked by yourself, and the hot basin can be picked by yourself, such as: fried eggs, bacon and ham. I called the front desk to ask the left taxi to pick us up at the bus stop at 7:30 am. She had arrived at the hotel at 6:40 am the next day and prepared our breakfast for us. I am so grateful! The hotel is in the ancient city and can walk to various attractions, but if you want to pull the suitcase to walk, it is more difficult! The room is fully equipped, only the air-conditioning and toilet paper racks, Haocai has a table electric fan! Can solve the problem of high temperature! There is no toilet paper rack, the toilet paper is easy to fall to the ground, it is worse!

차가 있다면 가기 좋은 곳입니다. 저도 렌트카로 방문을 했는데 호실마다 지정주차장소가 있어 편했습니다. 입실할때 지정된 이메일로 방키가 전송되어 스스로 체크인하는 방식입니다. 전 이메일이 정상적으로 도착하지 않아 호스트의 번호로 통화하여 번호를 받았습니다. 호텔시설은 깔끔하고 창밖풍경도 이쁘지만 엘리베이터가 없습니다. 무거운 짐을 옮길떄 도와줄분이 없으신분은 너무 힘드실껍니다. 조식은 간단한 정도입니다. 그래도 무료인게 어디에요. 친절도 하고 좋은 숙박이었습니다.

The manager was absent on the day of check-in due to the off-season in March, but he was kind enough to leave a note. The entrance was lovely with a beautiful wall that gave a sense of history. The interior and bathroom have been renovated and are very clean. It faces the main street of Cesky Krumlov, so it is highly recommended to take a walk in the evening or morning.

The hotel service is normal. The lobby provides service 24 hours a day. There are only some temporary changes. It brings a little inconvenience to the trip. It would be better if you can notify us and provide more information as soon as possible!
