"We booked a room with a breakfast buffet. The buffet was very extensive and there was something for every taste, very tasty. Unfortunately, the staff didn't always speak German. This is probably due to a shortage of skilled staff.
The rooms were well furnished with balconies. At night, it was dim when you got up. The bathroom was clean. The size and furnishings were adequate.
We have decided to book the hotel again."

"I stayed at this hotel with friends. The hotel is located 240 meters from the bus stop. We booked a room for three. The room had a kettle, cups, spoons, 2 bottles of water, and glasses. It was a very clean and cozy room with air conditioning. In the hallway, there was a stove, a microwave, and a refrigerator. The mattresses were very comfortable. The bathroom had everything necessary – a hairdryer, shower gel, liquid soap, toilet paper, and two towels per guest. We only had positive emotions from our stay. The hotel even gave us an 8% discount. Check-in was quick. I highly recommend it."

"If you want to check in before 2pm, they want a 25 euro fee. Seems a bit excessive. The toilet in the room also made a refilling noise for over 15 minutes whenever flushed.
That said, the room itself was comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent location too, very close to train and bus stops."

Breakfast buffet exceeded the DEHOGA*** standard significantly in terms of selection and was very lovely offered and selected. Beautiful, top-modern and comfortable breakfast room with breakfast time from 06:30 a.m.
Accommodation was better than promised when booking: 18qm double room instead of promised 10qm-EZ, facilities made of a dish and worthy of attractiveness. Bathroom with windows.
Despite the vaguely high price for the ”cheapest” hotel in the place, this house is fully recommended."

I mean breakfast ist really nice, but dinner doubt you can convince kids with such food such as seafood etc. there should be small child corner at dinner buffet, some pIzza, nuggets, frenchfries, rice, parika, gurken, etc. simple. For adults the dinner buffet is quite nice, for children, rather limited, if your kids are special with food. so dinner we had to eat always outside, which was pity."

Our hotel is right next to Wunderino Arena, just two km. from cruise terminals in the heart of Kiel. Visit the aquarium, Shauspielhaus Kiel, and CITTI-PARK shopping mall, all within 10 minutes. We are surrounded by several restaurants and bars, and only 10 minutes from Holstein-Stadion and University of Kiel. WiFi and breakfast are included with your stay.
"Nice hotel in the center of Kiel. Close to everything.
Would have liked a bit more choice at breakfast. It wasn't bad but a little too little to choose from.
Would also like slightly bigger quilts, we had to fight about it.
Otherwise, we were completely satisfied with our mini vacation at the Hampton Hilton."

BBilginI been many hotels in my life. This one is quite special. Let’s start with the location: In a small village where you feel pull back 50 years, silence and nostalgia dominates. We had the family room, perfectly decorated; kitchen, living room and two bedroom. All super clean. Check in, do not expect reception, all is so perfectly described so when you arrive all is ready for you: keys and a lot of information how all works out. You need make sure you have all with you, there is nothing around the village, no breakfast and also no shop (at least nothing we found). But all that is not a problem, when people go there they plan anyway accordingly: you have just 10 min drive to Weissenhaeuser Strand, with beach and all you need. I loved this place, can only recommend it strongly. So much to see there and the walks there, silence dominates, i enjoy it

AAnonymous UserTop Lage und alles sehr sauber! Geparkt im Contipark (10 Min. zu Fuß). Zimmergröße ausreichend, aber nicht groß. Frühstück lecker, aber mit Wartezeiten (Hinweis in Fahrstühlen). Standardzimmer mit Queensize-Bett hatte leider eine Besucherritze. Trotzdem empfehlenswert!

GGuest UserI had a great stay! The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The room was a good size and very comfortable. The location is excellent — just a stone’s throw from both the bus stop and train station, which made getting around really convenient. Despite being so close to public transport, the sound insulation was impressive — once the windows were closed, it was perfectly quiet. Highly recommend this hotel for both comfort and convenience!

GGuest UserI loved my 3-night stay at the Catharinenberg. The room, the breakfast, the restaurant and the peaceful location were all lovely, as were all of the staff I encountered. It was April, and everything was beginning to bloom, which was great to see out the windows and from the outdoor terrace. As it was also asparagus season, Holstein asparagus-based dishes (delicious) were featured in the restaurant.
