Traveling from Shanghai to Luoyang, I booked a five-day, four-night stay at the Hilton Curio Collection. It's a new hotel with new facilities, well-equipped, clean, and hygienic. I can confidently say that the hotel's cleanliness is excellent; I've run my hand over the lamps, cabinet corners, headboards, and table edges, and found no dust accumulation. The gym and pool on the third floor are super new and exceptionally clean. Of course, there are minor issues: the shower water pressure is unstable, and there's a small puddle on the shower floor. However, these are minor flaws that don't overshadow the overall excellent and complete hardware facilities. Whether in the lobby, corridors, or restaurant, every staff member I encountered greeted me warmly. Room service was always prompt whenever needed. In my opinion, the breakfast buffet offers a genuinely rich variety. With just one stomach and one breakfast, I could only sample a little bit of everything. The Western-style pastries are of a very high standard, especially the walnut bread and puff pastry egg tarts – they're a must-try! The auntie making beef soup is great; she can add different side dishes according to guests' preferences. Because of the hot weather and sightseeing, my short-sleeved shirts got sweaty and smelly. The hotel offers a paid laundry service at a reasonable price, and the cleaned clothes are delivered neatly back to the room. When visiting Luoyang, taxi fares from the hotel to various attractions are inexpensive, making it convenient to get anywhere. This hotel, especially the suites, is particularly suitable for family trips with children.

During my recent trip to Zhengzhou, I stayed at the JW Marriott Hotel Zhengzhou for a few nights and was overall very satisfied. The facilities are great, the location is convenient, the lobby is grand, and the bedding is comfortable. I also want to thank Manager Thierry for his excellent service. Both the breakfast and the executive lounge were pleasant. However, what really inspired me to write this review were a few small moments during my stay. Shortly after checking in, I casually mentioned to the front desk that I’d love to make a cup of tea. Before long, a housekeeping staff member brought up extra tea bags and a hot water kettle with a smile, saying, ”I've brought you a few extra, take your time and enjoy.” It wasn't a big deal, but that feeling of ”you say it once, and they take it to heart” was really heartwarming.

This onsen hotel exudes a wonderful ambiance, with an elegant and quiet environment that's perfect for a relaxing getaway. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, and all the toiletries were well-stocked. The butler service was on-call and very responsive to any issues, making for two very pleasant nights. 👍

I booked this hotel to attend Zhou Shen's concert. I saw reviews mentioning a convenient shuttle bus service, so I decided to book it. To my surprise, the hotel called me the very next day to confirm if I was there for the concert – very prompt follow-up! Upon arrival, I was quite satisfied with the room, especially considering the price point. The bathroom was huge, and the shower water was wonderfully comfortable; I loved it. The best part was definitely the shuttle service. Despite the large crowd, the hotel staff managed everything smoothly and efficiently. They thoughtfully provided small Zhou Shen fan merchandise and repeatedly reminded us that there was complimentary water on the bus. Overall, my stay was very pleasant. As the staff said, their service made me feel like I was basking in a spring breeze – thank you! 🙏 I'll definitely stay here again if I get another chance to visit Zhengzhou.

All the attractions in Luoyang are great, I recommend the White Horse Temple, Longmen Grottoes, and the museum. The hotel's overall environment is excellent, the front desk service is very good, and the concierge is also nice. Everything deserves praise. The room is spacious and clean, the bedding is comfortable, and I had a very restful night's sleep. The location is superb, right next to a shopping mall. During the National Day holiday, any requests were promptly addressed. Overall, I had a fantastic experience, highly recommended! Thumbs up! 👍

This hotel is located right next to the Zhongyue Temple and is arguably the most upscale option in Dengfeng County. Both the dinner, which consisted of four dishes and a soup, and the breakfast buffet were very generous. The stir-fried yellow beef, stir-fried local chicken, croissants with butter, and Swiss rolls were all delicious. If you get tired of Chinese food, KFC delivery is available right to the lobby. The rooms are clean and tidy, each with a private balcony offering direct views of Mount Song. The parking lot is conveniently located right outside the lobby, making entry and exit easy. It's also just a 10-minute drive from Songyang Academy.

Housekeeping maintained everything to the highest standard each day. What really sets this hotel apart is the attention to detail. From the personalized welcome note to the turn-down service, every touch made us feel genuinely valued. The concierge team was incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us plan our excursions and restaurant reservations. Dining at the hotel’s restaurant was a highlight—Breakfasts were abundant and delicious, with a variety of options to suit every taste. Great breakfast !!! The location was ideal—peaceful and quiet, the free golf car transportation offering easy access to nearby attractions while still feeling like a tranquil retreat. We’ve stayed at many hotels around the world, but Huanghe Guest hotel stands out as one of the very best. It’s the rare kind of place that leaves you planning your return before you’ve even checked out. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, beauty and quite place to stay on vacation.

Pros: The hotel boasts a garden-style design, offering a resort-like feel. Its proximity to the Longmen Grottoes is a major plus, making it very convenient. Guests can access the shuttle bus to the grottoes directly from the hotel's parking lot – just ask the front desk for details. The rooms are clean with relatively new facilities. The front desk staff provided excellent service, upgrading my room and offering a late check-out. There were welcome fruits, and customer service was very responsive. During check-out, the lobby staff proactively helped with our luggage and even took a family photo for us. Thank you for your warm service! 🥰 Areas for improvement: 1. The breakfast restaurant staff lacked service awareness. We were a group of 8 (6 adults, 2 children) and had booked 3 rooms. Our two children were slightly over the height limit, and the staff insisted we pay for their breakfast, with an unyielding attitude. This was a disappointment for a five-star hotel and negatively impacted our stay. The breakfast variety and taste were also mediocre. 2. Some electrical outlets in the lobby corners show signs of aging wires, posing a potential safety hazard. Parents with young children should be mindful of this. We hope the hotel addresses this issue promptly by inspecting and replacing old wiring and outlets.

I seriously have to recommend Huazhi Hotel after this stay! I didn't have high expectations going in, but I was pleasantly surprised from the moment I walked through the door. The front desk staff, a guy named Noah, was incredibly efficient – check-in was lightning fast. He even proactively offered to switch my room away from the elevator, saying he was worried about noise. When I casually asked about good restaurants nearby, he immediately pulled out his phone and drew me a food map, even marking which places had long queues and what times were less crowded. The room itself was also great: the mattress had just the right firmness, and the soundproofing was excellent, so I slept soundly until I woke up naturally. Honestly, many hotels in this price range have decent facilities, but very few offer such genuinely thoughtful service. Noah was smiling the whole time, not with a fake, trained smile, but with a genuine desire to make my stay comfortable.
