Hotel was lovely. Breakfast was fine. Location was very close to the station, so convenient. Marseille on the whole is quite a dirty city, so I can see why some people say the hotel is in a dodgy area, but the location was fine. Very convenient.

Hotel with very good value for money. Very friendly and available staff. Free parking on site with the possibility of recharging your electric vehicle. A word of advice, if you want to sleep with the window open, ask for a room on the courtyard side, on the road side it is noisy because it is close to a busy thoroughfare. I recommend+++

In terms of the location of the hotel, it is excellent. From the point of view of the hotel staff, they were very friendly, especially in the reception area, Ms. Audrey with a very good attitude and Mr. Matteo, who was also very respectful and helpful. The hotel facilities were normal and satisfactory. I recommend you to stay in this hotel.

Located parallel behind the seafront and next to the Carlton hotel. clean, with all the comforts and a small and intimate swimming pool and spa, which if there are not many people is very pleasant. Not a great view but definitely an advantage to have

I had a truly wonderful experience — everything from the moment I arrived to the moment I left exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a warm smile, which made the entire stay feel even more welcoming. The location itself was ideal — conveniently situated close to everything I needed, whether it was restaurants, shops, or public transportation. It offered both comfort and convenience, making it a perfect choice for anyone visiting the area. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and hassle-free stay!

Close to a Tram Station and will take 20-30mins to the airport. It is far to the city center roughly about an hour. But it is the cheapest I could find for a decent solo room in Nice. Other Hotels are just too expensive. If you are on a budget, this is okay as you will take Trams to go anywhere anyway. It is also a good base if you’re planning to go to Cannes and Monaco fo a day trip. Room is small but with a queen sized bed. If you have large suitcase, you will have a hard time opening it as you cannot fully open your luggage. Breakfast costs €10.50. Basic food selection.

This is definitely the best hotel I've stayed in Europe, bar none. The transportation is very convenient and the area is very safe. The facilities and selections in the hotel are better than some five-star hotels in Paris, far exceeding the average level of best western. The best BW I've stayed in before was the one in Boulogne Billancourt in 92, but this one is much better. There is an intermarché (a French affordable supermarket chain that allows self-service credit card checkout) nearby. I bought a bottle of wine and ordered some KFC at night. It felt like I was on vacation. When I checked out, the front desk lady gave me a lavender sachet. I took it back and put it in the closet for two months. It still smells good now. I don't know why I didn't take photos of such a good hotel, but I'll give the highest rating I can. The hotel room is better than the pictures.

The hotel is a bit far from the sights and the city center - about 20 minutes walk. I took a single room with a discount. The room is clean, there is air conditioning. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom has a bathtub with very high sides. The hangers in the closet are arranged in such a way that the closet door does not open properly, it is difficult to hang clothes on the hangers - your hands do not reach. The furniture is old, some things are broken. There is a safe, but it is very high, you have to stand on a chair to put something in it. The hallway-kitchen has everything you need: a stove, a microwave, a refrigerator, etc. Unfortunately, there is no iron. The hotel has an elevator, good soundproofing. The room is suitable for travelers for 1-2 nights. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay at the hotel, because the price was low for July.

WWeishisushiCagnes is a good choice for the Cote d'Azur. It takes half an hour to drive to Cannes or Nice. The hotel is in Cagnes, and the appearance is very beautiful. There is a civic square at the door. There are two parking lots beside the square. The outer one is free from 6 pm, but you have to grab it, otherwise it will be a paid parking lot. There are French and Asian restaurants and supermarkets around, which is quite convenient, especially for returning the car to Nice Airport. The hotel was upgraded for free with a corner balcony, which is quite good. The hotel facilities are good. There is a restaurant and bar on the first floor. The restaurant also regularly launches French set meals, which is not bad.

NNat 李凤临Cleaning ladies were demonstrating 53 days in front of the hotel when I arrived. The rotating door was covered with mud and confetti, while the black women danced to loud African beats. A complete shock! They continued during my stay… The front desk was super helpful after I contacted their manager. My flight was delayed and I arrived a day late so they managed to modify my reservation without extra payment. My card didn’t work so I gave a cash deposit and they sent me an email when my suitcase that had been delayed arrived (so as not to wake me up). The housekeeping was average- twice they didn’t restock the water. Once they forgot a cleaning chemical. Another time they didn’t restock the decaffeinated capsules. Also they could have been more generous with the toilet paper. It’s the very thin recycled one, that goes fast. Breakfast was delicious and the restaurant spacious, with a garden overlooking the marina. The room was large, modern and quiet, with an amazing view of the harbor, including both sunsets and sunrises! I even saw the incredible half an hour long fireworks for Bastille day right under my window! The bed is big and comfortable, pillows a bit too soft, lighting is good but there are no toiletries (which was initially problematic due to the lost luggage). Room service wasn’t available the only night that I wanted to order it - due to Bastille day celebrations. The QR code don’t work on my phone so I had to call the reception to order. Also there was no alcoholic drinks listed, plus I had no fridge in the room, so I couldn’t fully relax and enjoy my holiday. The hotel doesn’t have a spa, which is a shame. So I made a reservation online and got a massage in the Hammam spa a few minutes from the hotel)very expensive and not great). The closest one to the hotel was closed. The pool is gorgeous but in another building which requires another elevator to be taken at the ground floor. A bit of a hassle…The gym is basic but good. Gets pretty busy and dirty at the end of the day. There are many nice restaurants nearby and even a small Proxi shop. There is a bus stop 1min away, that goes to the Terrace du Port. And the taxi conveniently dropped me off right in front of the hotel. The Mucem and Cosquer caves visible from the hotel, are a bit pleasant 25min walk away and the well worth the visit. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay, and would come again if the above issues were resolved.

MMrs_TravelGreat hotel at a nice location. It is always a 15 mins walk to the city center. Parking was ok, though 32 euro a night which is at the higher end. Breakfast was 33 euro for a person, it was good but it didn’t worth its high price. We went for a brunch the other morning and it was perfect - the place is right next to the opera, amazing vibe. It is called Deïa Coffee & Kitchen. It is good service overall, thanks for having us.

GGuest UserThe location was not too far from the old port. The metro is easily accessible around the corner. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast was ok but it is better to eat at a local bakery. If I am in Marseille again I would return here.

XXibanyaxiangdaodaijianxunThe room was spacious and the location was a bit messy. The surrounding streets did not dare to go out. The hotel did not have its own parking lot and there was no temporary parking space at the entrance of the hotel. Self-driving tour is not recommended. The parking lot recommended by the hotel is a bit far away, and it costs 30 euros a night.

NNitaThis hotel is beautiful but up on the hill. But car cannot drive to hotel entrance. There is a car valet service at the entrance of the road. Thank God for the two great porters that helped to carry our luggages up to our rooms. Great room with spectacular view and a sauna pool overlooking the hills. Dinner at the restaurant in this hotel is amazing!!! Must try, very romantic and food is delicious, server is attentive.

NNat 李凤临One tiny elevator, many stairs, and outdated magnetic key cards that too often don’t work, spoiled my first positive impression. One morning I came down to the reception three times and eventually the receptionist went upstairs with me to help. But I almost missed my paid tour. The front desk and house keeping staff was always smiling, pleasant, and willing to help. The room was small yet charming, very tidy and clean, with a great view of the central square. Windows with good insulation so the noise from the street was minimal. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom small but with a tub! The breakfast hall was gorgeous and the breakfast decent, with mainly French pastry and desserts, besides cheese, ham, pastry (breads and sweets) and some fruit and vegetables. Besides the renovated facilities and excellent location, there is no pool, sauna, spa, gym or any other amenities that would qualify this as a 4* hotel. Also, I forgot my iPad in the room safe when I checked out. The hotel contacted me and offered to send it to my new destination. However, they did not actually send it by express mail even though they said that they did. My iPad arrived to Montpellier after I had already left. I waited for it three days ( it’s 1h away) but because they didn’t check the SEND ON SATURDAY option on the mailing form, the device spent the weekend in the post office. The fee that they asked me to I pay was 37€ because as they said it was sent express mail and with insurance - however when I asked the hotel in Montpellier to send it to Barcelona (another country and 3,5h away) I paid almost the same amount!? Plus the hotel used “peek’in” service so I immediately had insight into the delivery progress online. The worst thing for me was that they kept on sending emails insisting they were right and tried their best to help, instead of admitting they made a mistake. I appreciate their effort but it’s better to work smart rather than hard. Instead of having to thank someone for trying I need my iPad delivered to me on time. Perhaps there are too many women in the management that are taking things too personally? 🤷🏼♀️
