Great staffs. Friendly and helpful. Limited parking on side hotel. But there is public parking near by. Location is close to the city center. 15-20 minutes walking distance. The bed is too soft.

Very handy hotel right next to the Linate airport. The room was clean and very comfortable, absolutely quiet even though so near to the airport. Very helpful and friendly reception staff. The shuttle from and to the airport costs 5 euro and takes about 3 minutes. The small pool is delightful in the scorching heat. The restaurant (called “Luppolo”) has delicious pizzas, tiramisu and other food in a cozy and inviting setting; the waiters and manager/owner welcomed us with a smile and made us feel at home right from the start. There are books and games available free of charge. Excellent experience.

It's a 3 stars hotel located not that far from the train station (15 minutes on foot), but far from the upper old town. Beautiful hotel interior related to Garibaldi. Clean, but cold room: I reckon it's because of potential issues with the construction allowing the wind to get into the room from the street. Very small single room. Friendly staff, especially in the breakfast area. Decent breakfast for 3 stars accomodation. Wi-Fi worked well.

In fact, it is no longer part of Milan. To be precise, it is a village on the edge of Milan. If you are here for tourism, it is not recommended. It is recommended for business travel. The people staying in this hotel are basically business travelers and workers in the surrounding areas. The price is much more cost-effective than that of Milan city. It is a certain distance from Milan city. It is estimated that a taxi will cost more than 80 euros.

The hotel is very decent. Everything looks fresh and well-groomed. Nice interior and modern rooms. We liked everything. The only thing is that the breakfast could be improved a little more, because... There were no vegetables or greens/salad at all.

Honestly, I was skeptical because there were no pictures or reviews prior to the time of the booking! But honestly my husband were pleasantly surprised!! Newly built so obviously in good condition. We had a corner room on the top floor that had a nice balcony. Shower with 2 heads with good water pressure. Some parts of the hotel were still working on construction so a bit busy, but besides that it's close to the station. The staff are lovely. The room itself was beautiful!! Definitely would come back!!

The hotel was conveniently located near the airport and the shuttle was very helpful. Room was clean but located near the elevator and an alarm went off in the middle of the night. I had a simple dinner at restaurant (chef’s choice ravioli and aperol spritz), but 2 hours later was so dizzy I could barely stand or sleep. I managed to check out at 5:00am but was very ill and had to vomit in the airport. The dizziness lasted the whole day and it was quite terrifying. I cannot say it was caused by the restaurant food, but the other travelers in my party who didn’t eat there were fine. It was a traumatic experience I hope to forget.

The room was very clean and had carbonated water and espresso. The shower had strong water pressure and was recommended. The guide to Bergamo was also interesting.

Excellent location with a fantastic view! The front desk staff were very friendly and attentive, even providing recommendations for nearby shops and restaurants. They were also very helpful and responsive in resolving an issue with my room. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time I'm in Milan.

My first impression of Milan was good because I felt welcomed at the reception from the moment I arrived early in the morning. It is very close to the central station and the subway station is right in front, so it was convenient to get to all tourist attractions. The hotel facilities were very clean and well-maintained, and above all, the breakfast was very satisfactory. It was so nice to feel welcomed every time I returned to the hotel after going out.
