We stayed for 3 nights and the place was very clean. They cleaned our room everyday, which was nice. The location is great, just a short walk to Faiza Restaurant and Globus Supermarket. The staff were friendly, always smiling, and very accommodating. They even let us rest in the lobby and stored our luggage when we arrived early before check-in time. Amenities are a bit limited though there’s a small café but no gym or sauna. Breakfast is basic and almost the same every day, but it’s fine for a quick start to the day. Overall, it’s a nice and comfortable hotel. Good location, clean rooms, and helpful staff. Would definitely stay again.

A very good luxury hotel in Kyrgyzstan, with a high cost-effectiveness. My friend and I booked a suite and a king-size bed room. The most important thing is that it doesn't matter if you don't know the language, the check-in is smooth. This room faces the sun, and the foot of the snow-capped mountains is at the bottom of the curtains, which is absolutely beautiful. Apart from the scenery, the bedding is very standard, and the overall stay experience is very good. Breakfast is 7.00-10.00, and I had a big plate of chicken for breakfast, which was touching 😹 The hotel facilities are also good. The cafe on the first floor is very suitable for afternoon tea and the Korean restaurant on the top floor is more suitable for dating. The facilities are very comfortable and the tone is very suitable.

Decided to book the same hotel for our return leg after trekking in Karakol. First stay at Novotel was excellent (see my other review) but the second stay was horrible. Check in time was 3pm so we went out for lunch and got back at 3.20pm only to be told that one of the two rooms was not available. Reception staff, Zania, was rude and unapologetic and didn't even bothered to provide an estimated time. Another receptionist told us it would be about 30 mins and they would send the keys to the room. We went into the room and at 4.15pm we called the reception desk and they told us they will deliver the key in 5 mins. 10 mins have passed before the key was delivered. 5-star hotel with poor time management and bad service - no follow up on room key. Other areas were good though EXCEPT front desk staff. Staff at massage/pool were polite, so were the restaurant staff. Please educate your front desk staff especially Ms Zania, as they are the first line of service.

Отличное соотношение цена-качество. Благодарен отелю за то, что пошли навстречу и разрешили очень ранний заезд без каких-либо доплат. Менеджеры всегда на связи. Расположение позволяет пешком дойти до центра города. Рядом с отелем несколько остановок общественного транспорта и хороший продуктовый.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. The room is huge with a large soft bed. The bathroom is above all praise! All staff of the hotel big RAHMAT!!! All our requests were met instantly. A very kind atmosphere. With regard to breakfast, the dining room is still locked up under Chinese tourists. We went for breakfast only for 2 days, good for a lot of delicious and diverse places. Excellent location of the hotel, coherent and clear work of all staff. Clean, spacious room with daily cleaning. Sure, next visit to you! Thank you very much for the cosy 7 days in Bishkek! This time I came to Jiguo for business/travel, I did not hesitate to choose Jiguo Star! It is really as warm as an overseas home. The Chinese communication at the front desk is barrier-free, and the service staff smiles very kindly. The most surprising thing is that there are hot porridge and fried dough sticks for breakfast, which is simply a savior for the Chinese stomach! The room was clean and tidy and the network was fast. Highly recommended to all Chinese friends who come to Jiguo, it is definitely the best choice for cost performance and experience!

Not a bad hotel, comfortable and spacious rooms, the room has everything you need. Some rooms have been cosmetically renovated. The number of rooms is small. We didn't take breakfast, so I can't say anything. There are a lot of places near the hotel where you can eat tasty and varied food. WiFi is very weak... Value for money👌

The place is very comfortable, and easily accessible to the major city sites, stores and restaurants! Breakfast has many options, and their is even a casino inside!

My stay at Sheraton Bishkek in the Deluxe King Room with City View was fantastic. The room was spacious, elegant, and offered a stunning panoramic view of the city, making it a delight to wake up to each morning. The king-sized bed was incredibly comfortable, and the modern amenities in the room added a luxurious touch to the experience. The hotel staff were attentive and professional, always going out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. I also enjoyed the hotel's facilities, especially the rooftop bar and the well-equipped fitness center. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality dishes. Overall, it was a superb stay, and I would highly recommend Sheraton Bishkek for anyone visiting the city.
