Impromptu trip with mum for short getaway and escape from the heat. Mum is picky eater but she enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Will visit again if have good deal. Thank you!

The hotel is relatively new and comfortable to stay in. Parking is convenient with a large parking lot. The swimming pool is on the top floor and very clean. Breakfast offers a good variety. The electric water heater provides ample water pressure and a comfortable temperature. The service attitude is excellent.

Highly recommended. From check-in to check-out, the staff were incredibly helpful. Would definitely repeat my stay here again.

For me okay, nice hotel walaupun furnished dia mcm da lama sikit tp masih boleh guna. Thank you juga ada iron yg jenis steam iron. Staff dorang semua okay. Mungkin boleh tambah lagi chanel tv and quality siaran. Itu sahaja, yg lain semua terbaik! 🥰👍✨

From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and professional. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with thoughtful design details that made the stay more enjoyable. You can really feel the reliability and quality assurance that comes with an international brand like Accor. The staff were friendly, well-trained, and attentive, which is another advantage of staying with an established hotel group. The location is convenient, and the overall environment is well maintained. Breakfast was good with a decent variety, and everything was well organized.

Overall, the room was good, but the wardrobe had a musty smell that bothered me while sleeping. The room wasn't soundproof at all; I could hear snoring from the next room. 😂 The cleanliness could use some improvement; the towels weren't new and looked like they'd been used for years. 😂 They really should replace them; new ones can't be that expensive.

Overall this hotel is great. They got cafe that sell snacks that open 24hrs. The room is quite spacious for family or 3. They also got gym (level1) and laundry that got iron, washer and dryer (level 2). For parking you can park near the hotel or restaurant nearby. Receptionist showed great attitude 👍🏻
