There were ants in the room which was why I gave it 3 stars. It crawled all over our phone on the table. We thought it was just a random few and didn't bother about it. To our horror, we later found out when we reached home the next day. They got into the plastic bag of bread (which wasn't sealed) which we bought on the day we check-in from KLIA2. Also, I dropped my handbag on the floor and my bag was covered in dust 😵💫 The floor was cold. Best to bring your own slippers or get disposable bedroom slippers to wear. Other than that, this is my second time staying here. It's a very convenient place to stay for a few hours or a night before catching a flight at KLIA2 or KLIA. Free shuttle to KLIA was great. Also, it's not far from the Mitsui free shuttle stand available at KLIA2.

Housekeeping should double-check the room condition before letting guests in. If the room isn’t properly cleaned or maintained, it would be better for them to inform the supervisor first, instead of assigning it right away. This small step can save guests from unnecessary inconvenience.

This hotel was fantastic! The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were excellent. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely return!

I had a great stay at the hotel. The food was delicious, and I booked a package that included dinner and breakfast. I stayed for 2 days and 1 night. Check in and check out were smooth and parking was free. The hotel is located in a residential area, so it's quiet and peaceful. There are convenience stores nearby, but you’ll need a car to get there. . Everything was comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Cleanliness - There was a cockroach crawling on the bedsheet… Service - I went for breakfast for 3 days. Within 2 days I had to move to 3 new tables after each time I left the table for food…. They gave me a table, and later they offered the table to a new customer without checking whether or not I had finish eating my breakfast. During the first day, they gave my table to another customer before I had the chance to sit on the chair.

Friendly staffs throughout my whole time of stay. Cleanliness of the room could be improved as they were stains on the bedsheet and bathtub discolouration. Problems were solved within 15minutes. Breakfast variety could be improved and some dishes can be better.

Had a staycation with my family. It was an OK experience. We got a room at the other building called the Suites Tower. It felt more like an apartment rather than a hotel. The overall feeling is that it's quite old. The beds were nice and comfy. Internet was good. Due to its size, I can imagine how hard it is for the staff to maintain. For example, there's a dry toothpaste on the side of the bathtub. One of the remotes also ran out of batteries. The aircond is not quiet. In addition, the breakfast was average for the combo price. The water pressure at the bathtub was also really slow, while the other bathroom had the strong one. If you are picky, there's a lot to pick on. Outside the hotel buildings, it's littered with road cones. If you take the wrong exit from parking, you have to go straight to the main road, no turning back into the main hotel lobby - a pain if you're checking out. Parking is also RM5 per day where you have to call frontdesk to validate. If you're lucky to get the limited car parks on the ground floor, then it's free. Location wise, you're close to Bangi's good parts. Also close to IOI City Mall. On Google Maps, it's listed as a five star hotel. I don't think I can agree with this. I'd say it's only really worth it through promos and discounts. I can't imagine myself paying full price. I got a good offer with Trip.com & cashback with ShopBack (my referral code is ”HvdYtl”). I do think the service was ok. Bell service is available even in the other building. The employees are accommodating. Checkin & checkout was fast. There are some good things to look forward to. Just don't expect too much.

The hotel was conveniently located and is easily found. My stay was very enjoyable. The bed was large and very comfortable and I like the colour and the decor in the room. It was very tastefully done and many will like it

Excellent location and convenient to shopping, public transport. There is a fantastic singing brother and sister duo on Wed and Thursdays at the lounge. They are so talented and can sing all the classic pop songs. Love it! Brings good vibes, great memories and relaxation to travellers .

5 stars hotel with good service. First time I am staying in Doubletree by Hilton. Overall the hotel service is good from reception till housekeeping. When I checked in the room, the sofa was missing from my room, and also the bathroom window blind was faulty, but the issues were resolved promptly after my request. Hotel food is delicious as well. The only thing is the location is remote, far from city center, not much shopping option. But it is near to the place where I need to head to the next day.
