"Honestly, this is a great deal hotel near shopping mall and Kidzania Kuala Lumpur! The hotel was once upon a time a 5-star grand hotel. Unfortunately, time has gone by and it merely is a 3-star for my experience. We had a two bedroom suites, bathroom has gone through wear and tear, flooded scent in room, wood base board and crowning that are warping. Blackout curtains did not exist in one room and the other is somewhat tearing itself away. Infinity pool, ice rink, small gym and great staff are the highlights."

"This is a very new hotel, located in the city center, and it doesn't take much time to get to the attractions. The pool is beautiful, an infinity pool with a Jacuzzi. The only downside is that we originally booked two rooms, but the hotel arranged them on different floors, which was very inconvenient. We ended up having to pay extra to upgrade our rooms to be on the same floor. But even then, they were at opposite ends of the hallway, east and west.😅"

"I used this hotel for a solo trip. My flight arrived late at night and departed early in the morning, so I opted for a hotel directly connected to the airport. It was easy to get to the city center, and I was very happy with the hotel – it offered good value for money. There's a complimentary buggy service that takes you from the airport to the hotel and back (they're usually waiting, so you can just ask on the spot). The room was cleaned daily. The plumbing was fine, including water pressure and temperature. There are two power outlets on either side of the bed, so I could comfortably charge multiple devices overnight. The amenities provided were sufficient! As for food and drink, bottled water isn't provided, so you'll need to bring your own. (I think the water in the glass bottle is drinking water, but I'm unsure how long it had been there; the cap was dusty). I also used room service twice as it was inexpensive, delicious, and the portions were generous. Overall, it was a comfortable stay and good value for money. I'm considering staying here again if I have the chance to visit Kuala Lumpur."

"There aren't many hotels at Malaysia's KLIA International Airport. The Sama-Sama Hotel, a 5-star property, has been around for a long time and its facilities are a bit dated, while other airport hotels have rooms that are too small. For travelers transiting through Kuala Lumpur or needing an overnight stay, I highly recommend the ibis Styles Sepang KLIA – it's excellent! When I first saw the 4.4 rating on Trip.com, I didn't have high expectations, thinking the facilities would be very ordinary. However, my actual stay completely exceeded them, offering a surprisingly great experience! This hotel, newly opened in 2024, is exceptionally well-maintained. Everything is spotlessly clean, and the overall design is resort-style, with lush greenery everywhere. Upon entering, you're greeted by a fresh, botanical scent, completely devoid of the usual oppressive and stuffy feeling of typical airport hotels 🍃. There’s a wide selection of room types. Solo travelers can choose a standard king or twin room, with 26㎡ of spacious, uncrowded comfort. Couples or friends can upgrade to a Superior room, and for families, the Family room with one king and one single bed can accommodate up to three people. There's also a windowless Deluxe King room, perfect for those just needing a temporary stopover and planning to rest indoors during the day. Accessible rooms are also available for guests with mobility needs. Each room is equipped with a mini-fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, a separate shower and bathroom, and a safe. Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, perfectly adequate for daily living and work. The amenities are top-notch. There's a large outdoor infinity pool with a shallow kids' area, complete with loungers and parasols – it's incredibly relaxing to soak in the pool and watch the sunset in the evening. The 24-hour gym has a full range of equipment. On the ground floor, there’s a casual bar with live music in the evenings, offering a very relaxed atmosphere. The STREATS restaurant serves local Malaysian dishes and international cuisine, and can accommodate Halal, vegetarian, and children's meals. The breakfast buffet has a rich variety, and buying breakfast separately at the hotel is much more cost-effective than adding it to your online booking. In addition to paid treatments like spa services, facials, and hair washes, the hotel also offers a 24-hour front desk, luggage storage, and a large free outdoor parking lot, so parking is not an issue if you’re driving. The green courtyard area is expansive, perfect for an evening stroll to unwind. Real-life room photos look much better than the online pictures. The décor is positioned at a 4-star standard, but the comfort of the mattresses, soft furnishings, and bathrooms definitely rivals 5-star properties. The only major drawback is the rather poor soundproofing. You can clearly hear guests walking and talking in the hallway, and noises from adjacent rooms. Coupled with the roar of planes taking off and landing, light sleepers can easily be woken up in the middle of the night. The location is incredibly convenient, just 1 km from KLIA airport. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus to and from the airport with fixed schedules; remember to register and book at the front desk before check-in. It's a 5-minute drive to Mitsui Outlet Park, so you can stop by for some shopping during your layover. Overall, this hotel is ideal for travelers needing an overnight airport stay. It's half the price of the 5-star Sama-Sama KLIA in the same area, yet its hardware, environment, and amenities are more modern and comprehensive, making for a great transit experience 👍."

"The room is very and spacious. Have all the facilities like microwave and refrigerator. Best enough to unboxing my food at the hotel and heat it up. Only the floor when i go in a bit wet. I think they just clean it. Overall not bad for a very cheap price per night . This is outside my window view"

"1.I was disgusted by the bed twin beds bed sheets and bed protectors that were heavily stained with dirty water stains, fungus & mold upon checking into the room i called the housekeeping staff immediatelyto change all of them. 2. The mini fridge was not cold at all and I told the staff to change to another that is functioning when the staff came in to my room after someone else complaint about the cabinet door that does not close tightly. 3. The room furnishings was badly design as the round table does not serve much purposes as it should have a dressing mirror with table for the ladies to use the power plug outlet for their hair and makeup. The bathroom hairdryer does not have a 3 pin outlet. 4.Location was the only good thing I like about this hotel.Walk across a covered linked bridge to the MRT/LRT stations and 1 Utama Shopping Mall , Food court 5. Door man outside with Msian costume Mizuna was very very helpfu and polite when my called Grab could not find my location. He helped me checked for his arrival outside the drive way. We'll deserved ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐⭐️️Door man is very helpful in giving directions⭐ 6. I had a 60 minutes foot reflexology massage at the spa, not well organized, massage techniques were so so.Foot soak was just water No essentialoils scent smell at all No hot towel for foot. Not worth the price of RM 168++."

"Is totally a new hotel just open recently. The room slightly small but tidy and clean. The bed comfortable as my opinion. The bathroom is spacious. Provided kettle and hair dryer. Smart TV. No drinking water but you can request water at the front desk anytime. 24 hours. Suggest to provide a empty drinking bottle to refill water instead of refill in kettle. Everything was great and have their own cafe. Convenience store just beside the hotel. Will come back next time."

"We had a wonderful stay at Mövenpick and would gladly return. The hotel is conveniently located just 15 minutes from the airport, and the taxi fare was only around 30 MYR, which made our arrival very easy. The hotel itself is excellent. The corridors are spacious, the rooms are comfortable and well-equipped with everything you need, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. A special mention goes to the cleanliness—the room was spotless, and even the bathroom faucets were polished to perfection. Everything smelled fresh and pleasant, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The only minor downside, which is completely beyond the hotel’s control, was some noise from the nearby highway. Other than that, everything was perfect. Thank you for your warm hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to others."

"The location is excellent, and the room was spacious. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended. The hotel feels quite dated, and the administration was disappointing. I was entitled to complimentary parking and had already registered my vehicle number before arrival. However, it was never updated in the system, forcing me to walk all the way back from the car park to the reception just to resolve the issue. This should not happen in a hotel of this standard. The biggest disappointment was the hot water. The heater in my room was not working, and after the technician arrived, I was told that rooms on the lower floors always have this problem and that there was nothing they could do. It’s unacceptable for a hotel to knowingly rent out rooms with a known hot water issue. After making several complaints, I was finally asked to change rooms—at midnight. Having to pack, move, and settle into another room so late at night completely disrupted my stay."
