I spent four nights in the excecutive suite of the new wing and i was pleasantly surprised by the hospitality and excellent standard of this beautiful resort near the airport, which was not noticeable at all (no planes flying over or near the location). The hotel staff was always attentive, friendly and helpful. The beach was kept clean, the schools of little fish in the water indicating its purity. The restaurant Allegro's breakfast buffet offered a variety of different cuisine to choose from: tasty , fresh, appetizingly displayed. i especially enjoyed the local filipino treats like puto and bibinki. In addition i thoroughly enjoyed my vegetarian pizza at Delfino's and the refreshing thrist-quenching freshly-made juices at the juiceBar. I received two very relaxing treatments by Ms.Aileen at the Spa, with its peaceful and quiet atmosphere. Housekeeper Ms.Rose was impeccable at making sure i always had new bottles of drinking water. Although i did not require her daily housekeeping, my room stayed clean , towels orderly and my laundry was in perfect condition , delivered on time. This beautiful Resort deserves a five star rating in my humble opinion. Bravo and Thank you Bluewater Maribago, i know where i will be staying when i come back to the Philippines in the near future.

• The location is unbeatable—right in front of Alona Beach. Ang sarap gumising na literal ilang steps lang, white sand and clear water na agad. • Their pools are stunning—may infinity pool na overlooking the beach and may swim-up bars pa. Perfect spot para mag-chill with a drink. • Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Malamig ang aircon, malambot ang bed, plus may balcony pa. • Staff are generally friendly and accommodating. Madaling kausap, lalo na sa restaurant and pool area.

We stayed for 3 nights and the accommodation & service was perfect. All rooms are facing the pool area. The breakfast buffet is excellent 🌟, and it really motivates you to wake up early! I requested a birthday surprise setup in our room, and they went extra mile and provided it for free as a complimentary gesture. The room is very spacious, and they provide toiletries. If you need extra toiletries, they will deliver it right away! The pool area is great for swimming, especially during happy hour. They offer a buy-one-get-one-free deal on drinks at the pool bar. The hotel is walking distance of Alona Beach and it’s very safe, as you just walk through Hennan Alona to get to the beach. It’s also close to restaurants, fast food, souvenir shops. 8mins away from the Panglao Airport. We’ll definitely stay here again when we return to Bohol. It’s worth every penny. Beautiful property. Staff were super accommodating. That’s what I love about Filipinos. There was not one person that was rude or not smiling. Every time they saw is, no matter how many times, they greeted us with a beautiful smile and asked us if we needed anything. Room service was quick. The location is at the edge of Alona Beach so not a lot of by standards came around so we got our corner to ourselves. Security always on point. All and all, we had a great time. Too bad we couldn’t extend our stay but we will consider staying here again next time we come.

Really awesome and accommodating service. The resort is one of the best I've experienced in this part of asia, in terms of the food, room quality, all the hardware and service as well. Aloher was super friendly and very helpful, the front office staff were all kind and warm too. Breakfast was excellent, but might need greater variety in the fruit section. Location was slightly off the beaten track but the private beach as a result was perfect.

Safety: As a solo traveler, safety is paramount, and this hotel truly delivered. With security checks at the entrance and a second one in the lobby, I felt completely at ease throughout my stay. Facilities: Overall, the facilities were quite good. While not a brand-new hotel, the rooms were spacious and impeccably clean. The air conditioning was strong, and it was very quiet at night, which allowed me to sleep so soundly that I missed breakfast and ended up ordering takeout via Grab. The rooftop pool wasn't very large, but I went up to lounge for a bit. After several days of diving, I was too tired to actually swim. Service: Service was very responsive. During check-in, the staff mentioned I had the option to waive the deposit, and they even upgraded my room.

Our reserved twin room wasn't available, but they kindly added a complimentary single bed for us. The room was quite spacious and nice, a quality certainly reflected in its price. The on-site water park is a bit dated but still quite clean. Best of all, access is completely free, which our kids absolutely loved, spending every day happily playing there. The sea just outside the hotel is also beautiful. While there isn't much of a sandy beach and we didn't go snorkeling, we could still spot plenty of fish right from the shore. Breakfast was decent, though the lack of variety was noticeable – we had the exact same meal every morning during our four-day stay. Booking through Ctrip allowed us a late checkout at 2 PM, which was a nice bonus. The hotel also features a children's play area, making it perfectly suited for families with young children!

My family enjoyed a lot specially my kids. We'll surely coming back in every special occasions in the future. Staffs were all amazing and the services as well. Great place for families and kids as they have a wide range of amenities to choose from.The waterpark and the swimming pool were all great! Excellent

⭐️⭐️⭐️ (3/5) We stayed at Crown Regency Suites during Typhoon Tino as a temporary shelter and checked in at almost 3PM in Villa #23. Unfortunately, we weren’t very happy with the accommodation’s cleanliness. The place was quite dusty—from the living room to the bedrooms—and we ended up sneezing several times due to the dust. It seemed like the villa hadn’t been properly cleaned or prepared before our arrival, and it also looked like it hadn’t been occupied for quite some time. We also had issues with the door lock, as our keycard couldn’t open it. The staff, however, responded quickly and changed the lock for us, which we appreciated. The living room TV wasn’t working at first, but they replaced it right away. There were also some water droplets in the master bedroom, which we understood considering the strong winds brought by the typhoon. The shower on the second floor wasn’t working, and the kitchen, living room, and service area floors (up to the second floor) were all noticeably dusty. Curtains were dirty as it has a lot of visible stains. Despite these issues, the staff were accommodating and polite throughout our stay. We requested a late checkout and they kindly allowed us until 1PM which supposedly have a late check out fee of 3k. Overall, we appreciated the staff’s assistance and understanding during the typhoon, but the villa’s cleanliness really needs improvement.
