The hotel is located on the city's outskirts, so it's more convenient to travel by taxi or with your own car. There's a large shopping mall and a supermarket right downstairs. The rooms are new, beautifully decorated with a cozy ambiance, and offer excellent views. Breakfast offers a wide variety.

The property is like brand new and it's more of a chalet instead of a hotel. May need to prepare cash as Each key card will require a 300 baht deposit.
Cleanliness is very good. But soundproofing is not very good as you can hear the tv in the room quite clearly. No toothbrush, shaver or comb. Property will jus provide shower and shampoo gel with shower cap.
So remember to bring yours.
Staff are friendly but may have limited English conversation which is not much of a problem.
Overall, it's a good place to stay or stop over to explore around the area

The house is right by the river, quiet, good breakfast, and great views. I booked a two-bedroom room with four beds and plenty of space. The owner of the B&B is very nice, and the free snacks are super delicious.

I don't think I took a photo of the room.
We arrived at the hotel just after dawn in the morning. When we asked the front desk, we were told that the earliest check-in time was 1:40 pm. The hotel is far from the train station and Wat Mahathat (city center). It costs 166 baht to take a taxi to the vegetable market.
So later we rented a motorbike directly, which became very convenient~
Ayutthaya is not big, and this hotel is relatively new. Breakfast is provided on the first floor with self-service coffee and toast, which is not bad and can fill your stomach~
The room is also relatively large, and the bathroom is also wide. The remote control of the air conditioner in the room I stayed in seemed to be broken, but I was too lazy to communicate due to language problems, so I used the remote control of another room (my sister) to turn it on.
The overall environment is not bad, except for the distance.
I came to worship at Ayutthaya with my girlfriend and stopped by this hotel. It was quite good. It was close to the main road, shopping and dining areas. The hotel was clean, the service was good and it was safe. The only downside was that the noise from outside could easily enter the room because there was an entertainment venue in front of the hotel at night. She made the noise enter the room on the side facing the road.

The location is great, 3 minutes walk from train station. The hotel look shabby and may need some renovation. The cleanliness inside the room is good. Amenities are sufficient. Sad thing is the hotel rooms do not face parallel to the river but perpendicular. Which means you won’t see sun set from the citadel side. Services are good.
However, room may need to improve regards sound protection. Could hear dogs barking all night even I stayed on 7th floor. Aircon in the room kept making noise. May need to check.

Nice hotel in a nice location. Very helpful and friendly staff and owner. Hotel is next by the river with nice view but unfortunately it is also loud if a boat is passing by(also at night)
The hotel environment is really good, with birds singing and flowers fragrant. There are not many rooms, so it is very quiet. The swimming pool is almost exclusive. The service in the hotel is very good. Everyone is warm and sincere with a smile and patiently helps solve problems. highly recommended!
I booked a room for two nights. The hotel's location right on the main road is very convenient for getting around. The room itself was new, spotlessly clean, and came fully equipped with everything needed. The only downside was the poor sound insulation from the ceiling; I could clearly hear noises from the room above. To make matters worse, there was some hotel renovation work happening before my check-out, and the noise was quite disruptive.

LLuis ManuelI really loved the room that we had, the kids even more so. My room had an attic that was turned into a room, so it was perfect for the kids. The bathroom was small, but we had no issue with it. The bed was extra soft, the way I like it. There was also a shared bathroom outside our room. On the second floor they had free snacks and cup noodles, as well toothbrushes, shavers, towels, ear plugs and such. The bad thing about this place is that it's right in front of a big road so it's pretty noisy during the night and morning, that is why they provide ear plugs for sleeping at night, so I really recommend grabbing some.
There are many nearby temples and ruins, so they offer bike rental for 50 baht for one for the whole day. I don't recommend this unless you have experience riding in the streets as it could be really dangerous due to the big road in front of the hotel.
There is also a 7-11 and Lotus convenience store a few blocks away with many local street food to eat from. But the best place to eat is near the hotel on the left corner of the street coming out from the hotel. It's a Michelin Guide Recommend restaurant named Khun Pranorm Chicken Noodle, and they have the best chicken sweet soup noodles I ever tried. All of their menu is really good and at a good price.

SSuchasinThis homestay is located right by the train station and near a 7/11. had one of the downstairs rooms with own toilet and shower.
The landladies are friendly and so is the dog, just too bad he is kept on a leash day and night :( ( Iasked for the reason but none was given).
From the hotel tours can be booked either by boat or tuktuk and the boot tour starts behind the homestay (and is very well worth it).
next door is a restaurant slash scooter rental.
I checked out earlier because of a change of plans but all and all it was good value for money.
I can recommend

AAnonymous UserTo put it bluntly, the impression of the place is ambiguous. In fact, it is a few wooden houses around the reservoir and across the road a few more. A small wooden reception. Where are the photos on trip com with the huge buildings and columns from? They don't exist or they are someone's virtual fantasy. The grounds are maintained the lodges are clean. Severely disappointed with a very poor and unpalatable breakfast. Smoothed out with good coffee in a coffee shop with a veranda on the territory. There was a loy kratong holiday and we decided to go kratong on the river. The hotel employee offered to take us on a tuk tuk, we agreed. But he came not himself but his acquaintance and offered to do it 4 times more expensive than a normal cab from Bolt. Apparently we had to share with the employee. And all this next to our car. All this was quite stupid and left a bad impression of the hotel staff. By the totality of qualities and emotions from the visit to no one do not recommend anyone to visit here. You can see that the owner is trying and some employees spoil everything with incorrect behavior and petty deception.
EEnricoMy second time here. Nice location close to one of the main landmark of Ayutthaya. Renovated guesthouse with a nice garden area to relax, breakfast free bicycles. Very good pricing for the locations. Recommended!

AallanWhat an amazing stay, I think the rating speaks for itself.
The people here are so warm and welcoming, they really try to connect with you, they will give you advices on your trip, and they always leave some food for you no matter the hour of the day.
Ayutthaya isn’t a big city so even if this hostel seems a bit far in reality it is very close from the center, you can reach it in 10 mins by walking or rent a bike at the hostel for 50bath/day and you’ll reach the best spots in 5 mins.
Everything is clean, conviennent and spacious.
It’s a 5/5 on every points, thank you again for your kindness, I hope to see you soon ! 😁

WWade99The hotel is located in the centre of town very close to the bar street, Amporn Mall, the KFC and 711! All the staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a huge awesome pool to enjoy during the day. The room is comfortable and basic. Tuk Tuks are available outside the hotel for your transport needs. A 15 minute walk or quick Tuk Tuk ride will get you to the famous ruins of the Buddha in the Tree and Wat Mahatat.

Great
GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The premises were very clean and well-maintained, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Although they couldn't provide us with connecting rooms, they kindly upgraded us to a two-bedded room at no extra cost, which was greatly appreciated.
Special thanks to Sararat, Tio, Jam, and Tai for making my trip so enjoyable. Your excellent service truly stood out.
The breakfast spread was also impressive, offering a variety of delicious options. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay.
