"I stopped here for two nights en route back to my home in Malaysia. I arrived late, tired and utterly drained plus walking on crutches after surgery. Chris the doorman welcomed me and got my luggage to my room all with a smile and the young lady on reception (01.00am on morning of 13th July) made sure to ask all the questions to ensure my obvious disability issues were helped. A late check out was easily given but I want to highlight that I had my absolute best nights sleep in over 6 months and most definitely since my operation 2 weeks ago. Keep up the good work. "I had a wonderful stay at Ramada Encore by Wyndham Doha. The hotel offers excellent facilities and is very well located—just a short walk from the metro station and close to many main attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. What impressed me most was the staff: they were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. "Stayed for three nights. Room with microwave and coffee maker, which is very convenient. Great hotel in the center of the capital. 15 minutes walk to the market and metro station. Beautiful view from the window of the sea and the embankment. Quite a variety of breakfasts. It is not often that you see salted red fish offered for breakfast. Delicious coffee. Magnificent pool on the roof with a beautiful view. Lots of comfortable sun loungers. Cons: The TV did not work upon arrival. However, upon request, the problems were fixed. After cleaning, the TV stopped working again. I fixed it myself. But these are trifles. I confidently recommend the hotel."

"Okay. I’ll start with the positives, or rather, positive. The location is close to every food place you can think of, so if you’re a massive foodie, that is a huge advantage. The main worry with location is that the metro is a bit far off so you can’t necessarily walk to it, unless you’re an avid walker, so your best best would be to take a cab to the metro station. Now, my biggest gripe with this, and it hurts to say, as it is a name brand, but it was dirty. The first room I was given wasn’t even made, as I had to see the remnants of the previous lodgers. I was thankfully given another room almost immediately, but yeah. I wouldn’t say it was the cleanest of hotels so that was my biggest complaint. 2.5/ 5"

"Doha's beaches are paid, and the Westpac Hotel & Suites' biggest advantage is the vouchers for free access to Doha Sands Beach. It's an easy walk. The sea is beautiful in the fall and spring; the water is cold in winter and boiling hot in summer. Entrance without a voucher is around R$100, slightly less on weekdays. A towel and a bottle of water are provided on the beach. Comfortable sun loungers are available, including double loungers. There's a canopy. Indoor dining is available, along with a bar, water activities, volleyball, and table tennis. Prices are average: lemonade is R$18, pizza is R$25-40. Burgers, ice cream, and coffee are also available. We booked a one-bedroom suite for two adults and a teenage child. We arrived late at night, very tired, and received a free upgrade to a two-bedroom suite. It's a huge apartment with a kitchen, living room, dining room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a walk-in closet. There's a washing machine, microwave, and refrigerator. We only used the refrigerator. There's an indoor pool, but we didn't use it. Everything is clean and beautiful, with bright colors. We were very comfortable. Thank you so much to Westpac Hotel & Suites for this bonus; this room was much more expensive. The elevator is summoned with a card and only goes to your floor. The breakfast was delicious, with hot food and snacks. Nothing fancy. The room is small, but the staff cleared tables quickly, and we didn't have to wait. If I had to find fault, I'd say: 1. The kitchen floor was always wet; the source of the water was unclear; we didn't use the kitchen. There are no cutlery or utensils. 2. You have to wait a while for hot water to come from the tap. 3. The windows are dirty, which ruins the beautiful view. The only place I've seen dirtier is in New York. When booking this hotel, I looked for reviews, but there were very few. I hope my review helps someone decide and have a wonderful vacation in this wonderful country. For me, this is the safest, cleanest, most peaceful, and most beautiful place to relax. "My wife and I stayed at this hotel in late April-early May. Great location, private beach, spacious apartment-room with a beautiful view of the city or the sea. Overall, everything is great! Important for those who go to the hotel: there are no restaurants or cafes in the hotel (accordingly, it is impossible to buy breakfast for an additional fee), but the presence of a kitchen with an oven, stove, microwave and all the necessary details of a person's everyday life (washing machine, dishwasher) in the room + a huge number of cafes and supermarkets nearby does not create problems with food. Also, upon check-in, a deposit of 1000 QAR is paid for the entire stay, returned after check-out, so you need to be prepared for such expenses from the very beginning:) Otherwise, my best recommendations for accommodation!!!"

"The hotel is close to a large shopping mall where different kinds of restaurants can be found, within 5 mins walking distance. The service is excellent, the staff is very nice and helpful. There is a gym and a swimming pool. I think the gym is 24/7, the gym facilities is ok as a hotel. The pool is not big though, good enough for relaxing. The breakfast is not great, not many options of food but serving till 10:30am so can enjoy even waking up late. Sometimes I went to the shopping mall for other foods as breakfast."
