Bayon Style Temple

#bucketlistreboot Ta Som was built toward the end of the 12th century by King Jayavarman VII. It is a Buddhist temple built in Bayon style dedicated to his father. Most visitors on the Grand Circuit Tour will visit here before or after Neak Pean or Pre Rup, 4 to 6 minutes drive either one. Ta Som is a single tower in the middle of the complex surroundings by three enclosing walls. The entry point in the east and west sides have four carved faces looking into each direction. You should try to visit Ta Som, because it has been wonderfully restorted and nearly every part of the temple is open to visitors.
