Best Chinese food in Bandung

Hungry late at night in Jakarta or Bandung, eating dim sum at Winglok is the solution. Since opening in Bandung in early November, Winglok can be an alternative for people who don't want to bother with food choices because there are various options available. Noodles? Rice? Soup? Dimsum from steamed to fried is available. The obligatory salted egg dumplings are replaced this time around with the presence of fluffy, non-dry yam bao, with an abundance of yam paste. The fresh hongkong steam lettuce is not wilted, the seasoning is infused with flavor with a sprinkle of onion on top. One of my favorite things about Winglok is the option to order tea in a teapot.
