Gulong Mountain, experience the grand canyon style of Guangxi

Counting them up, I've really been to quite a few grand canyons. The Yarlung Zangbo Grand Canyon in Tibet, known for its depth, the Enshi Grand Canyon in Hubei, known for the 'time it takes to burn a stick of incense', the Jilin Changbai Mountain Jinjiang Grand Canyon, known for its beauty, and the Henan Taihang Grand Canyon, known for its uniqueness. The Colorado Grand Canyon in the USA, known for its length, where I even took a helicopter ride to the bottom of the valley. Facing the Gulong Mountain in Guangxi, what kind of grand canyon will I experience? To enter the scenic area, one must take a shuttle service, with two paths into the canyon: One is to take a kayak rafting trip, which is an optional activity with a fee of 190 yuan. It passes through 'Three Gorges and Two Caves' (Gulao Gorge, Xinling Gorge, Gulong Cave, Yingbin Cave, Baifu Cave), with a total length of 6.8 kilometers, and the trip takes over two hours. I always feel that rafting, a highly stimulating activity, is the preserve of the young, so I chose to give it up. The other is a canyon sightseeing tour, which is to hike, and this route is also quite fun. As soon as you step into the scenic area, what catches your eye is the 'Gulong Waterfall that descends three thousand feet'. Looking up, a highway is built above the waterfall, which at a cold glance seems to spoil the scenery, but upon closer inspection, it adds a bright touch. Following the guide and walking, I soon couldn't keep up, as I was busy viewing the scenery and taking photos, and also had to watch my step, so I intentionally fell behind the group. The scenic area is quiet and beautiful, with lush, pristine natural scenery, accompanied by fresh air, and walking here doesn't feel tiring at all. Unknowingly, I arrived at the bottom of the waterfall, coming into zero distance contact with this single-stage waterfall with a drop of 128 meters, feeling like a long white skirt, fluttering and sprinkling, magnificent and beautiful. 👍Most recommended: The most touching part was entering the Gulong Cave inside the mountain belly, a part of the underground river in the scenic area. The vast Gulong Cave was all to myself, and I wanted to fully experience the charm, tension, and divine power of nature. How amazing, how did this underground river give birth to stalactites and stalagmites of various shapes? It must have been formed through chemical reactions over time by the work of Father Time.
