You have to come here, take the stairs and come up all the way up here! Free admission and you can get awesome views of the whole town. This building is right beside Susan Park and you can view a large 3D painting when you are standing at the highest point. The stairs will end half way into the skies. It may look dangerous but it is not. I feel the view is nicer and clear when you come in the day. Bring your power bank with you and wear your favourite outfit.
