Popular dim sum place in Vancouver

Address - Victoria Chinese Restaurant, Hyatt Regency / Royal Centre Shopping Mall (Level R2). It is located near to Burrard Skytrain Station. Ambiance/Facilities - A typical traditional HK style dim sum environment. The design is a bit dated. They provide two pairs of chopsticks, one is for taking food from the shared dishes, one is for dining, which I think it is quite hygienic. Highlights - The shrimp dumpling was very well done. Its skin was just the right texture and thickness. The rest of the dim sum are freshly made too! The Chee Cheong Fun was freshly made when you ordered, so definitely worth trying. Avg.
