On my recent trip to Yangshuo, Guilin, a local friend took me on a cycling tour through the Ten-Mile Gallery and introduced me to a farmhouse restaurant run by locals, situated beside a popular walking trail. The experience was truly unforgettable! The owner, being a local, has a spacious establishment with numerous scenic spots to choose from. During our meal, the owner enthusiastically recommended delicious dishes. The aroma was tantalizing as soon as the foil was unwrapped, and the golden color was incredibly appetizing. The chicken was crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and paired with dry dishes, it was simply delectable. 2⃣️Landscape Tofu Stuffing: The name perfectly matches the Guilin scenery. The first bite was exceptionally tender, with a strong soy flavor. 3⃣️Farmhouse Bamboo Rice: The dish was rich in ingredients, including corn kernels, taro, and sausage, and had a refreshing bamboo aroma. 4⃣️Scallion Fried Egg: This dish reminded me of fried eggs with river snails rice noodle, another dish we polished off.
